Liz was great at getting all the details done and was very quick at getting back to me if I had any questions or issues. She is also a very patient person and kind at explaining any questions I had regarding the place. Even after I've closed, Liz was great at checking in on how things were going. She is a great person to work wtih, and I would definitely recommend her to anybody!

Liz Milan provided us with exceptional service from beginning to end. She has extensive experience with co-op sales and helped us navigate the sometimes frustrating process with confidence and professionalism. She always responds promptly to emails, texts and phone calls and without fail is patient, knowledgeable, and personable. Liz gave us several suggestions about how to improve the unit and each one proved to be practical and effective. In the end we found an excellent buyer and were very satisfied with the price we received. Liz kept in contact with the buyer's bank to make sure everything stayed on track and as a result the entire escrow process went without a hitch. My family and I couldn't be more pleased with Liz. Real estate agents always tell you they have your best interests in mind and will work tirelessly to sell your house. Mostly, it's more rhetoric than reality. Liz Milan is the real thing. She specializes in helping seniors or their families sell homes when the former residents move to more assistive settings. That's exactly what I needed, but I had a few complications. Number one, I live in Philadelphia and my mother's house was in Los Angeles. And number two, the house was in the name of a Trust, with me as the successor trustee. Not a problem for Ms. Milan. Once we met and finalized our business arrangement, she basically told me not to worry, she would take care of all the details on the ground in LA and keep me apprised of her every move. She took care of all the things I couldn't do from Philadelphia. The house and property needed a fair amount of prepping, so she hired all the cleaners, gardeners, plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, and handymen and made sure the work was done promptly and properly. She even took out the trash on pick-up days! There were several competing offers on the property, some of them with quite complicated financing. But Ms. Milan is a seasoned, and canny, negotiator and she carefully explained the pros and cons of all the offers. As you would expect from a former realtor association ethics board adjudicator, Ms. Milan adhered to the highest standards of integrity, while offering cogent advice during negotiations. To top it all off, Ms. Milan is a wonderful human being. She has an exemplary work ethic, is a delight to work with, and has a terrific sense of humor. And she sold my mother's house for the asking price and in the time frame I required. I owe her a big dinner at a fancy restaurant.

Not only is she extraordinarily knowledgeable in the field, but she is a people person and is thus able to work well with other agents, loan & escrow officers, etc. during the course of selling/buying a house. This is not to be underestimated. She helped me to buy and sell my first home and went to great lengths to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with every aspect of the process, no matter how minute. This was impressive considering that my first purchase was not for an enormous amount ? she treated me as if this was a much larger purchase. I am thankful to have found her and look forward to working with her on my next purchase. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

She guided me through the process of renovation with helpful suggestions based on her experience. contacts and client requests She managed all of the prospective buyer's concerns and requests immediately and efficiently and even managed to instill confidence in some of the neighbors some of who were rather challenging and were watching every move. She kept me informed on all activity and any issues that arose and consulted me when required Based on my other real estate experiences I believe she went above and beyond the basic requirements of a normal real estate agent, spending the extra time it took to know me, understand my goals and making the process as easy as possible for me due to the fact that I did not live close by During close she took innovative steps to keep the process moving forward quickly even when faced with small frustrations that came up due to things that were beyond our control, all the while conducting herself in a professional manner I had 100% confidence in her from day one and that never changed; I appreciated her "take charge" attitude I recommended her to another tenant in the same complex who had his unit on the market for over 18 months, I believe she is now working with him and I have every confidence that he is now working with someone who can get the job done It was both emotional and stressful to have to sell our Mother's place but I would have to say that Liz made the best of a difficult situation by guiding us through it with ease and a very satisfactory result Without question I would highly ecommend her to anyone!

Liz Milan has the patience of an angel! I've been a Realtor for 30+ years. Liz represented me in the sale of my home in Burbank, where I resided for 25 years. It was a very emotional move and Liz held my hand throughout the entire process. If it wasn't for Liz I would have taken it off the market and stayed there the rest of my life!
