He’s clean and friendly and he always goes above and beyond the call of duty.

His service is really good. I think he is the most affordable and professional plumber I have dealt with. He gave me an estimate for a drain line replacement. He came in half of the price compared to other companies I received bids from. Sometimes he reschedules appointments but he is very good at communicating. If for some reason he can't make it, he will call and tell you when he will be there. If he can't come that same day, he will reschedule and holds true to his rescheduling date.

Mr. Wade saved me money by suggesting that I buy just the new cartridges for my kitchen Chicago faucet. He installed them and the two new bathroom faucets which I had purchased. He even took his lunch hour while I had to run to the plumbing supply store to get an extra part - so the clock wasn't running while I was gone! I've used his company before and will definitely hire him again. He's always on time and efficient. And his price is much, much more reasonable than other plumbers I've used. The last company I used charged me almost $200 just for the drain cleaning!

I had a leak in one of the lines in my sprinkler system. John was able to come out and repair the leak in the same day. He was professional and responsive in his communication and follow up. He left the area neat and clean. I also asked him to investigate converting one of my sprinkler heads to a drip flow hose to accomodate a recently planted vegetable garden. While he was not able to convert the head during this visit, he offered to reach out to a colleague to see what the best solution is to solve my gardening water dilemma and will schedule a follow up visit.

I have used John for years and he is the BEST! I use him for any and all plumbing issues. He is honest, has the best prices in town, does the work quickly, and does not do unneeded work. I have had him come out many times to homes clients are going to purchase where other plumbers said they needed thousands of dollars of work and John told them they were being taken advantage of an little to no work was needed. He is the only plumber I use.

What a joke this company is. I've never seen someone cut so many corners. I would not hire this plumbing company to do a high end house like mine because they don't pay close attention to detail. They were very slow about getting their work done and messy. I hired another plumber half way through the project to do more specialized tasks because I was very worried John Wade plumbing was going to mess things up. The new plumber walked the job site with me and was amazed at what a bad job John Wade plumbing had done so far. They put gas lines in the wrong place, they ran their copper pipes in the way of other trades and make more work for everyone. They installed fixtures wrong and were VERY slow to respond to requests to fix problems. I still have a few outstanding plumbing issues for John Wade to deal with and I dread them coming back to do the work.

Very well. He had to come back for a couple of tweakings, but the end result was very satisfying.

This guy is great! My toilet sprang a leak and water was settling in on the floor. I got John Wade's name off of Angie's List and called him. He told me how to shut off the water supply to the toilet and made an appointment to come out the next day, which he did and on time. He looked at the toilet, diagnosed the problem (cracked pipe at back of toilet which he showed me) and suggested I get a new one as it would cost about the same to fix this one and I'd end up with a better toilet plus a rebate from the DWP). He showed me toilets online and with his help I picked one out. Over the weekend he bought the toilet and was here first thing Monday morning to remove the old one and install the new one. He was here on time, the work was done well and quickly and he took my old toilet away. His price was extremely reasonable $225, all in including the new toilet.

Okay. This was just before Thanksgiving and he clearly wanted to do as little as needed to stop the leak and be on his way.

John was extremely busy on the morning I called him, but was willing to make a pit stop at my house to fix the issue in the middle of a journey between two major jobs. He is pleasant and businesslike, and gave me a good price. I had to work that day, and could not be home to watch him work, but he stopped by while no one was home, did the work perfectly, and left me an invoice on trust. He also phoned to let me know the work was done and that the curb valve was jammed. He is trustworthy, reliable, honest, and good value. You can't ask for more than that!
