I was charged a whooping $1.550.00 for this job and really expected to be able to eat of the floors basically for that cost. Their job was to throughly clean and remove all construction paint and dust in a house that the contractor had already cleaned up. The kitchen and dining room are not completed so it was basically 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, living room, stairs, closets etc. They started at 8am and finished a 3pm. Serji and his wife did come once to inspect and sent them upstairs to redo some of the floors. Even after they did that when I ran my hand on the floors there was still a lot of dust. They rarely changed the dirty water in the bucket, thus just making it dirty again. The windows still had paint on the which I went around and scraped off myself, the banter still had paint, the entry light the same, stained glass windows the same. I searched for a company that actually advertised post construction clean up. They left at 3pm and I stayed till midnight making sure it was perfect myself because the moving van was coming in the morning. Mind you I still had stereo installation folks in the living room, but told them to work around it. I had to go and show them behind bathroom doors that they didn't even clean, likewise in drawers. I know construction is a messy business but for 1,550.00 bucks it should be perfection in my mind. This I really can't recommend them and am very sad and disappointed. They didn't even call me the next day to see how it ended up with their team. Which is why I am posting this here. My guess is it was about worth maybe $500.00. But for four guys in the time they spent they are making $50.00 an hour, it should be really clean is all I'm saying.
