+ -1 moreThey were there the minute they said they'd be. They were quick, polite, and got out all the pet stains - there were many - for a reasonable price. I will use them again.
Description of Work: They moved most of my furniture and cleaned the carpet in a large family room. UPDATE: We called them again months later to clean our carpet before holding a weeding in our home, but they never called back. I called a second time and left a second message, still no call back. We ended up renting a machine and cleaning the carpet ourselves. Not sure what happened since they were great the first time, but I won't be calling again.

+ -1 moreThe owner arrived (1 person) & explained his product. In the past, I have had well advertised companies promise 2 workers but only 1 would show up & they reluctantly protected my wood furniture. I had him protect my wood furniture before he started cleaning the carpet -- no problem. He sprayed the cleaning solution, started up his equipment & then began. My carpet looked new -- no extra charge for pretreament of high traffic area. I did add the fabric protector. I'm going to call to schedule for another cleaning.
Description of Work: Their product is not chem dry & not wet water. Heaven's Best cleaning method is much drier & very thorough, it has been the VERY BEST I have ever experienced. My carpet was dry overnight & has stayed clean so far for 5 months. The areas cleaned (diningroom, hall, entry, livingroom) have heavy traffic; we have 3 dogs, 3 grandchildren, visitors & we are retired so we are always on the carpet.

+ -1 moreQuoted $180 on the phone, but when he got there he saw it was smaller than he thought and only charged $120. This was such a positive thing as I am so used to carpet cleaning people doing the "bait and switch" thing with their quotes.
