Jenny was exceptionally nice and very patient. There are a dizzying array of options and even for my inexpensive poster print she took at least 2 hours helping me to choose between the different frame options (luckily I was the only customer). She also helped me choose framing for a mirror I want to put in my dining room and let me take several samples home. I got the poster back within a week or so. The frames are a lot more expensive than I thought for the nicer ones (the one I chose was among the least expensive). They do have a program that they enroll you in after a purchase where you get discounted prices for all future purchases. They don't charge for the glass when framing mirrors. I still am looking for exactly the right mirror frame but I will probably take my other poster print in to them again for another frame. I still have yet to return the frame samples I have (been busy) but they haven't hassled me yet or anything! My print looks great and I'm very happy with it.
