Horribly bad. They quoted a flat rate that was competitively low. Refused to do on site estimate. Once on the job with less than half the work completed, after we paid the full flat rate, they required we switch them to a $100 hourly rate open ended. When we refused to do so absent an estimated time of completion, the worker walked off job that was less than 50% completed. They left me at 65 years old and Charlotte at 81 years old in late afternoon to carry back into the still unsanitized garage, 40-50 boxes, all the tools including heavy chains, saws, floor cleaners, paint and more. We had to struggle till as late as 11:30 pm to stuff it all back ... now only to have to pay another company to do it all over again. They left it still scattered with rat feces and unsanitized surfaces.... Horrible experience.

Very well, as stated. I am very pleased with the result. They use products that clean but I don't have to worry about the safety of my pets or grandchildren.
