Highly recommend working with these pros! I had a custom kitchen island built upon move-in to a new house. Ben & his team were on point throughout my entire remodeling process, from the ideation through to the final installation. Ben was super responsive to all my (many) questions and very available. We turned everything around in about 6 weeks. I'm planning to work with them again for another home project.

I was in need of redoing the shower in my bathroom. It had developed a leak in the valve behind the tile. The tile was original to the house. So, I needed to have a complete tear-out and re-tiling of the shower as well as the bathroom floor. I got 4 estimates for this work and I decided on Creative Home Remodeling Group. I dealt mainly with Ben, the general contractor. I had told him my reservations in using a general contractor from years past. Ben made sure that all of my concerns were met to my satisfaction. He communicated with me from start to finish. He worked around my work schedule. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but they were dealt with in a timely manner. All in all, it was well-handled and all the trades involved made sure to clean up each day. The tile and painting were well done, as well as the plulmbing and initial tear-out of the tile and vanity and the toilet. I really appreciated everyone involved to make this job as seamless as possible. The bathroom looks really nice. Thank you.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) I would recommend using Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group to my family and friends. We look forward to working with Ben again in the future.

Creative Home Remodeling Group, Inc. We had water damage from a leak in the house (Manufactured Home) main bathroom which leaked for a few days without knowing. Not a leak really, but a high-pressure hot water spray. Lots of damage. We had the opportunity to see what the damage was we could just do a remodel on that bathroom. Walk-in shower, tile, recessed lighting, new window, the whole deal. So, we decided on Creative Home Remodeling to do the work. Not the best choice I ever made. Hadar is the salesman, part owner, and all around “schmuck”. He will come in do an assessment and give you a bottom-line price. At the same time, he is selling his company to you to get the job, he will mention, more than once how much he will make you his “priority” and that once the job starts they will be here every day until the job is done. That is total BS!! We signed a contract with them 0n 9-6-23. We made the final check out to them on 12-15-23. 3 months to do a remodel on a bathroom?? Part of that time, maybe 2 weeks was because of a delay in supplies, as we decided to change the size of the shower. But still 3 months?? There were days that no one showed up even though I was told there was going to be someone here. Hadar has so many excuses as to what the delays are for. It was getting so ridiculous that I thought about hiring a different contractor to finish the job!! So closer to the end of the job, after I got tired of all his BS, I called him out on the amount of time this is taking. Of course, there was another excuse and he was so p***** off because I called him out, he stopped coming by to see the work that had been completed. For a solid 2 weeks to the end of the job I never saw him again. What a joke!! So the job is completed – overall, it looks ok. I am not thrilled with the workmanship of some of his workers as things were finished kind of half assed!! Cracked tile in the shower, lousy job of final paint, and patchwork on the wall’s sucks!! Bottom line is I am not thrilled with this business at all. I would never hire them again to do anything for me, and we have 2 more jobs coming up to get a contractor for. And it’s not the owner (HADAR) that makes this company successful, it is the workers that do all the work.

I had my old fiberglass bathtub/shower converted into a beautiful tiled walk-in shower done by Creative Home Remodeling, and it looks awesome! Hadar really worked with me to create what my family wanted; he listened, made great suggestions, consistently monitored and checked the project and quality of work, and was easy to work with. I def recommend CHR and many thanks to Hadar for a job very well done!

We've been in our Lakewood home over 27 years and finally made the decision to put our "60's kitchen out to pasture. We had three good contractors bid for this project. We were most impressed by Ben of Creative Home Remodeling Group. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and follow-thru remained constant from concept to completion. Ben overperformed and under promised. His crew of company contractor specialists have been with him for years, and their rapport and communication showed in the finished project. He was on site and/or in phone contact with them and us constantly. They finished ahead of time with Ben staying on task through each stage and to final inspection. No reflection on Ben or his company, but us being a first- time user of a contractor's services, we were a little green about the process, the quotation and what to expect. It is often said to add 20% to the bid for unexpected costs. There were two legitimate additions that couldn't be anticipated. They were fully explained and understood. It is important for anyone doing this, to make good notes and keep in mind what the bidder is contracting to provide and what your responsibilities will be. Ben made this clear from the start-nothing hidden. Many items required us to go to the vendor, choose, and to pay directly, outside the bid parameters. These items-specifically: the vinyl flooring, the quartz counter tops and backsplash, sink, faucet and disposal being the main ones. For the most part, only the highest expense (the cabinets) was factored into the quotation. My wife and I would use Ben and Creative Remodel again and recommend him and his Studio City company without reservation

We decided to put a balcony/deck on the back of our house and after hiring a different contractor, who was giving us what we thought was a great "deal", it quickly turned into a nightmare and money pit. I called Kris to come save us and it was immediately clear the difference in professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise. The job was done within 6-7 weeks and we are able to be completely confident in the quality of the final product. I have a new appreciation for being able to work with a contractor who is reliable and does exactly what he says he'll do.

If you need an addition built on your house, I'd highly recommend you give Creative Remodeling a call. We used them to add a master suite which makes our house much more livable. We've also decided to add decking in the back yard off the the back of the house. Oh, and this was after working with them during Covid on a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. So that makes us repeat, on repeat, on repeat customers. The work is quick, to a good quality, and they listen to what the customer wants and have dealt with the odd snafu without any push back. Highly recommended.

It is almost impossible to find the right words to describe just how pleased we are with the work Ben Sviri and his team from Creative Home Remodeling Group did for us during our recent bathroom remodeling project. We are very happy with their excellent work. At the beginning they gave us a very comprehensive assessment of what we needed to do to accomplish our goals, and they provided a detailed and competitive bid. From the outset, and throughout the project, Ben provided excellent communication, answered our all our questions, and responded to our needs in a timely, thorough and flexible manner. All along the way, he informed us in advance about the steps and timeframes in the process. He orchestrated this complex process with great deftness. He arranged the work schedule, fit together all the pieces of the puzzle and kept us fully informed. His workers showed up on time. They were all professional, courteous, and efficient. And they cleaned up after themselves. But most of all, his team displayed a high level of skill. We are grateful to each of them for their very good work: Ariel the plumber, Francisco the framer, Fredo and Fernando the electricians, Angel the tile guy, and Gregorio the painter. We didn’t need the inspector’s comments to know that they had done a good job, but his glowing remarks on the final product affirmed our own assessment. We were also very pleased that the project was completed within the timeframe we had agreed upon. Despite a couple of delays that were unforeseen and not their fault, Ben was able to accelerate the schedule so that it could be done on time. One often hears people say, “the proof is in the pudding.” The pudding, our new bathroom, is great. It looks great, and it’s functional. It’s better than what we imagined. The subcontractors were excellent, always showed up on time and did quality work. At the start of the project, Ben and the kitchen designer, Lenore, listened to every detail and took extra care to ensure that we got what we wanted. In the last 10 years, my family has dealt with multiple contractors across different projects. From back yard remodeling to a wet bar conversion and now a COMPLETE downstairs remodel. To say that my previous experiences with contractors was not great would be an understatement. In fact, I was so concerned when we decided to remodel our downstairs that I interviewed multiple contractors with my guard up. Kris from CHRG was one and let me tell you from Day 1, he was honest, caring and made sure that he kept his word the entire way. These guys have my HIGHEST recommendation. If you need any kind of work done use them. Remember, you get what you pay for! CHRG was worth EVERY penny spent.

We had a blockage somewhere in our plumbing line and couldn't use our upstairs toilet for over a year. Our contractor Ben Sviri from Creative Home Remodeling Group came out to our condo with his plumber to assess it. Not only did they find the blockage (PVC pipe), they also removed it and patched it up the same day! We definitely recommend them with any home project you may have.

Ben Sviri was our contractor and he did an amazing job. He and his team of highly qualified people were on top of everything. Everyone showed up on time and cleaned up everything each day. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my beautiful kitchen and this company. I would most definitely recommend them!

From start to finish our kitchen remodel was handled by Kris as the General contractor who kept everything on schedule and was completed within 2 months with some of the hottest days in recent memory. His skilled crew started with demolition moving toward a complete flooring installation with porcelain floor tiles. The white kitchen includes a new electrical sub panel, hood, and American Standard sink and faucet. Daltile Quartz countertops and flooring was used throughout and provides commercial quality effects and beautiful finish. Cabinetry was provided through a third party and was completed within a day. The quality of the cabinetry was that of RTA and not really that semi-custom, as I hoped for. Otherwise, I would have provided a five-star rating for Creative Home Remodeling Group.

I am delighted to recommend Ben Sviri of Creative Home Remodeling (creativeremodeling.group@gmail.com) who installed a farm sink and quartz countertops in my kitchen. They demolished my old countertops without breaking one tile of my backsplash. They placed the joint between the countertop slabs appropriately and undetected. The crew was friendly and skilled, and Ben called me everyday to discuss the project status. In short, it was a joy to use Ben Sviri and Creative Home Remodeling for my kitchen project. I will use them again.

Ben Sviri and Creative Home Remodeling Group have been fantastic! We interviewed several companies before selecting these guys for our remodel of our kitchen/laundry room/dining room. We loved that they controlled all aspects and always helped us figure out how to realize our dream. Money is a big deal and they helped us get the financing that worked for us. Ben has been around a lot and he communicates very well with all the spanish speaking workers, who have all been very nice, friendly and do great work! We are really happy and they're not even done. We strongly recommend these guys.

They started great but they are awful. The demolition was fine. Electrician and plumbing was okay. David who is the owner promise to fix everything but he didn't. The concrete worker was so messy. One day, they left a bucket a concrete. We gave them another chance to fix the concrete. My husband who is also inspector, came and look, the entire ceiling was never prep. This bathroom does not have window. I had to fire to them. They even show up with tools that they know that I'm not in the house. I asked them to leave my yard. I found them unprofessional. David was never here to look and see the work. I will not use them or refer them to anyone.

We had a great experience working with Creative Homes and now we have a gorgeous kitchen that we just love. David was always there to answer any questions and help if there were any concerns. The work was excellent and just what we had hoped for. We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend them.

They rebuilt my 2nd story balcony/deck to match the old look and they did a great job! I chose to go with Trex (wood-alternative composite) for the flooring so that it would last longer and be impervious to termites and water damage. The installation and subsequent painting look great. Very happy with the result and highly recommend this company.

CHR completely remodeled our old 1950's kitchen. Even though it is a small kitchen, it was a complex job, due to the layout change, sub-floor and window replacement, as well as extending one of the walls. Kris, the project manager, did an excellent job coordinating the work as well as helping out with design features. The job was completed timely (despite city inspection delays) and without issues. We're over the moon with our new kitchen and happy to have selected CHR for the job.
