We hired Creative Homes to remodel our kitchen 3 years ago and were beyond pleased with their work. When we decided to remodel 2 of our bathrooms we immediately contacted Creative Homes once again. We did not waste our time with other estimates. We worked with Max for this remodel and he was amazing throughout the entire process. Max is dependable, always accessible and professional. He listened to what I wanted and whatever I asked for (even last minute changes) were completed without hesitation! His crew is top notch. The tile work in both the bathrooms is impeccable. The workers were always punctual, respectable and hard working. I now have two beautifully remodeled bathrooms and I can honestly say I enjoyed working with Max and his crew and can not wait to work with them in the future. They are absolutely the best!

Max. the Project Manager, was fantastic to work with, as was Alex, the foreman, and the other crew. When the floor tile had been completely laid, I disliked it intensely and felt I’d made a poor design choice. Max saved the day by suggesting we demolish the floor and start over. He brought samples of porcelain tile, ordered and arranged for pick up of the tile, and the bathroom became transformed. It was not cheap, but worth it. There were many other occasions that Max went out of his way and accommodated me with patience, particularly when an unexpected illness interrupted the job.

I took several estimates in order to renovate my kitchen and i was very skeptical on who to hire as I heard a lot of story about jobs not being finished or done properly. Most of the contractors I met were somewhat pushy and I wasn't convinced or in a hurry to get it done. Until I met Max from the creative home remodeling group. He was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole project. He managed to transform my kitchen from the design to the demolition and finally the installation very smoothly. The workers came every day, work was done on time. Max has done the best remodeling in my house, hands-down! And i will surely contact him and Creative Home Remodeling in a few months to renovate my upstairs bathroom! Trust, friendliness and professionalism is definitely what you will get when choosing this company.

We love our ADU that was built by Creative Homes. David is wonderful to work with, always pleasant with helpful ideas and tips. He helped us to bring into existence the vision we had. It has a beautiful kitchen, vaulted ceilings with skylights and good storage. He helped us utilize the space we had to work with. His crew is also very conscientious. Starting with Jose the foreman, Effie who has an eye for great detail. Rudy, Alberto and his father and the rest of the gang. Kris helped arrange and set the whole process up and worked with my work schedule. It went very smoothly and the work was well done. He followed up on the details and even replaced a light switch in a different location.

We are very happy with the end result of our outdoor project. The walls are sturdy and will last for many years! Kris was very responsive to all of our questions and worked to make sure that the project was just the way we wanted it.

I got several bids for rewiring of my entire house and a considerable amount of work on the exterior. Not only did Sebastian and Kris provide a competitive price, but they were the only company who seemed excited to do the job and make the house look as good as it should. Sebastian and Kris made sure I understood the work every step of the way and came to check on it regularly. They were friendly and professional, and their company really feels like a family who wants everything to be perfect when they're done. Any time I had an issue they were prompt in responding to it, and I am very happy with how the work turned out.

I just finished Converting my Garage to Gorgeous ADU for my parents.I worked with David and Max (project manager). I had plans done by Creative Home Remodeling Architect and got my Money back when we signed for the Construction Contract (Generous idea). Project went very good professional and beautiful work. Kris is young. He is hungry for work. He gave me a price I couldn't say no to. He runs a young crew. A tad bit sloppy but very talented. Over all we were very happy with the work

We interviewed many companies for our kitchen remodel before going with Creative Home Remodeling but once meeting with Max we knew he was the way to go. His price was competitive and you could tell he wanted to do a great job for us. As with any home improvement project, some issues are expected but we were shocked at how smoothly everything went. We had a big job including knocking down a load bearing wall and putting up a beam. Our kitchen was very old and outdated so we had lots for the crew to get done. You hear horror stories of a project started and then the contractors disappear. We had workers here every single day getting our kitchen accomplished. And the biggest shocker of all: they completed the kitchen on time! Yep, I said it. On time. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would highly recommend Creative Home Remodeling.

The job was initially relatively small but with Sebastian and Kris's help we discovered a dangerous gas leak in the master bath requiring it to be completely gutted and redone. At all points in this now large project, they were responsive regarding the design and execution of this project. Our home is a 1930s classic so all of this work needed to suit the style of our Spanish revival architecture. We are delighted with the workmanship and attention to detail. The team is willing to spend extra time to be sure the job is done to our specifications. We are so pleased, we are having this group redo our driveway with pavers for our next project.

Everything went great. Chris came over a half hour after I called the company to access the situation. I told him i needed to do the work virtually immediately. He helped me source amazing tile through one of his suppliers, I went to see it + purchase it + the tile installer started the next day. Everything turned out beautifully. I am most likely going to use them for a larger bathroom remodel project if I do it. Chris was very easy to work with, responsive, and the work done was excellent.

We started with one bathroom remodel, and it went very well. Max helped us select the tile and fixtures and his workers finished the job on time. The job went so well that we had them do the 2nd bathroom. Max, Effie, and the rest of the crew did a professional job and we are very pleased with the results. I would recommend this group to anyone considering a remodeling project.

I contacted Maxim at Creative Home Remodeling for the second time for my parent because of how great my first experience was. I did another bathroom with Maxim and loved the finished product! David and his crew were great. We had used them for a bathroom remodel prior to this construction and that turned out wonderful. From the first day, they were here working every day to completion. Amateur hour - a lot of the work had to be redone: - rough plumbing had to be redone several times - shower pan was redone three times due to: drain not the lowest point, wrong color grout - vanity countertop installed crooked - wall tiles uneven - fixtures installed incorrectly, some scratched - estimated to take 5 weeks, now going on 5 months To their credit, they hung in there and tried to fix everything they messed up. But maybe it would have been better if they had left so I could hire pros to finish the job.

A year ago I had my cement driveway and walk way done by Creative Home Remodelig and I was very happy. Max the project manager was In charge of the project, he gave me a reasonable price great service and quality work.This year I decided to do another project on my property and I called Creative Home Remodeling again and Max took care of my property the same way like before. I'm a project manager myself and I can tell those guys knew what they doing A Very professional Company that I highly recommended

APPROACH WITH CAUTION I was told that way to replace my retaining wall was to remove all of the terracing and create a new concrete wall. I thought that this might be the case. BUT, I was told that I could not be given an estimate, not even a ballpark estimate, until I spent $3200 for a soil test and to have architects and engineers come to visit my yard. That is insane. If, after such tests, they gave me an outrageous estimate what was I to do? If I walked away I would be out $3200. The dude was quite knowledgeable, but the approach was not a fair one. I could say it was not ethical, but perhaps that is a little strong. Clearly the dude hoped I was a rube and he could make a lot of money off me. Glad I stepped away. Others should be careful with this company.

I love the way the kitchen came up, That’s what I was dreaming about in the last 38 years! Job was done by professional workers electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, cabinets, countertops I just love how it looks now!!! Kris and Sebastian were the project managers for the all month of work, they help me and guide.

David the owner was awesome! His company remodeled almost my entire House! It looks brand new now!! I’m very happy and satisfied! He even came back Years later to fix some problem areas😀 We started doing business with him in 2010 and still doing business now !!!

Our 30-year-old kitchen and bathroom was crying for help to be taken out of the 80s. We desperately needed to make renovation not only to our kitchen and bathroom, but to our backyard and the outside of our house. Working with Creative Home Remodeling has been an exceptional experience from the moment of signing to making the last payment. Max, our project manager, has been so attentive to all our needs and has always responded promptly. Norm, the head contractor, was so knowledgeable and truly knows his craft. He answered our questions thoroughly and gave us suggestions when they found some problems behind the walls. All the workers who came were trustworthy and so diligent with their work. They even took the time to help me pick out colors and make design decisions as they were working. They were meticulous with their work because they took pride in the finished product. The most impressive part was they finished within the week of Max’s deadline. Everyone came in like clock-work pushing to make sure we were back in our kitchen as soon as possible. The cost of all my projects was reasonable considering how much they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the job. But if this is your first time having professionals do your renovations, be sure to account for the cost of the extras—appliances, faucets, handles, etc. And if you’re doing a kitchen, account for the cost of eating out. Other than that, we are so happy with our renovations. I highly recommend them if you needed some hand-holding during a big project on your house. They do honest business and they will definitely take care of you. As soon as we save up more money, we’ll be calling them to do other projects on our house.
