We were referred to Kris through a friend who also used Creative Home Remodeling for their beautiful home in Palos Verdes. We received 3 bids for our project and we're impressed with David and Kris from the start. We had some initial delays due to city permits, but Kris was great at setting expectations as this is our first home and first remodel project. Once we were approved to start work, Kris and his team did everything they could to make up for lost time and hit our move-in timeline. As mentioned before, this was our first rodeo when it comes to a home construction project and Kris was patient with us throughout the whole process. He was very helpful with design elements, and vendor and material suggestions to keep costs down. And like most older home purchases, we did run into some surprises...like a leaky roof, outdated electrical and uneven floors. Creative Home Remodeling was great at working with us to get these worked into our scope, timeline and contract. It was always a pleasure working with Kris. He is a great communicator, very responsive, and his attention to detail is incredible! He remembers everything! Their team of workers were all amazing as well. Shout out to Francisco and Ozzy! We always felt comfortable having the workers in our space and they always had a smile on their faces and were very professional. All said and done we basically did everything you could do to a house, and we can safely say we love every inch of it! It's exactly what we wanted and Creative Home Remodeling showed us that your home remodel doesn't have to be a nightmare. We can't wait to work with them again on our garage update, and next home!

The project went well without a problem.

We needed to add a pitched roof to our atrium and convert it into a sunroom with two solar-powered skylights. Frankly, before we found Yaniv, we almost gave up on the project as two other contractors came either with an insanely pricy estimate or commit to it but disappeared all of a sudden. I was quite lucky to find Yaniv who did the project for me on time and within my budget. He gave me a good estimate the same day, followed up with me the second day for details and started working the day after. Yaniv was very patient, and accommodative to all the details that I wanted and even a couple of changes/extras I asked after the project had started, and never intended to raise price. All his workers (framers, roofers, installers) are friendly, professional and very detail oriented. It has been 8am-6pm working non-stop for three days. Work was beautifully done, even better than what I had imagined. We have done lots of home improvement projects in the last few years. I’d say Yaniv a top notch contractor with integrity, good communication skills, and work ethics. By fate or luck, I had the opportunity to find Creative Home Remodeling Group. A major leak from an upstairs unit caused a flood in my bathroom and closets. When I called Creative Home Remodeling, Candy took the time to explain the process of restoration and refurbishing. Because of the pandemic, it took me a couple of months more to get back to them. Kris came out and also took his time explaining what was to be done and also carefully listening to what I would like to be done. His advice was very helpful. This project was a new experience for me, and I appreciated his confidence and patience. Kris and his workers’ attention throughout the process made this remodel much less stressful. I had seen the quality of his work and knew that in addition to wanting the end product to be beautiful and high quality, I also wanted the security in knowing that they would take care of every step along the way so that we would never be worried if it would get done on time and how it would ultimately turn out. They were 100% the right choice. Creative Home Remodeling Group is the best! David listened to us, came up with great ideas, and did a beautiful remodeling job. Others we met with told us what they thought we needed. David figured out how to do what we wanted – and then made it even better. And, at what we believe was a very reasonable cost. His crew was great, the best craftsman who were also very considerate, did little extra things that made our home even better. Creative Home Remodeling is great. Great! David attended to all our concerns and addressed things in a timely matter and felt like he was family. He cares to make a difference and correct any of the concerns. He took an unused space in the back yard and created a beautiful outdoor seating with a fire pit that feels like you are in another world. He respected our wishes and desires of what we were looking for.

From the beginning, our project manager, Kris, had a vision for this home’s potential and made a number of great suggestions. He works to make the process as easy as possible for the homeowner. He’s on the job site every day and is a proactive communicator who responds to my calls and texts 24x7. The owner, David, is also hands on. He swings by the job site frequently and checks to make sure my wife and I are happy with progress. We selected Creative Home Remodeling Group to renovate our two-bedroom, two-bath condo after entertaining bids from several companies because we were immediately impressed with how responsive, informative, and motivated they were in exploring our project, unlike some others who submitted bids. We quickly got to know Roee, the project manager, who was amazingly accessible and able to provide us with key information related to cost, schedule, scope, and sequence of work that helped us get our heads around the project and understand its process—he is truly expert and a gifted communicator at what he does. We don’t live in Los Angeles so Roee worked extra hard, filing daily progress reports and sending us pictures of the progress. Roee took over a job that had been abandoned. He gave us a competitive bid and was the choice of approximately half a dozen contractors. He was wonderful to work with and the job was finished in the approximate time frame given. We are very happy with the quality and craftsmanship. So happy that we are having him do our kitchen too starting in a couple of months. Give Creative Home Remodel a serious consideration or you could end up regretting using someone else. The cost was right in the area he had bid it to be (sometimes there are unforeseen costs). What was extra was properly explained and an addendum attached to update the original contract. In our case those costs had to do with city permits which the previous contractor neglected to get. So the original bid was pretty straight forward and what the original bid was is what the final cost was.

I decided to convert my garage into a ADU building, to get extra space. I worked with Kris and his Architect from Creative Home Remodeling on the design and plans. After we got the plans approved back from the city Kris started to build my new space based on his design. We added a small kitchen with a living space and nice bathroom. It has become a very nice place and I love it. Thank you Kris and Creative Home Remodeling.

Kris and his crews did a fabulous job. Paver crew was very professional and very meticulous. Plaster of pool was incredibly fast. 6-8 guys for demo and re-plaster. Whole project took approximately 3 weeks. Kris was onsite most days and constantly checking in to make sure job was progressing well.

Creative Home Remodeling was top notch for our home remodel. We purchased a dated fixer. Creative was prompt on giving us an estimate and getting back in a timely manner. David and Danny came out to bid the project for us. Both were great to work with. David’s knowledge of jobs and costs is mind boggling. He is a very experienced contractor that can give you a educated estimate on the spot. Creative handled all aspects of the project from demo, electrical, flooring, custom cabinetry, etc. We totally gutted the house and completely remodeled the kitchen, a bathroom, and added walls and tore down others. The custom cabinetry in the kitchen was beautifully crafted and the tile was laid with great attention to detail. David told us from the beginning that he would not be the cheapest bid, but would be the best quality. The quality craftsmanship of his team is worth the price. His employees are diligent and clean up the job site daily. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for other projects.

Excellent workers, fast and efficient, very trustable company. Kris was our project manger front the first project that we did windows, we fixed the foundation paint the exterior of the house, garage been done to drive way looks amazing with new pavers we love. Recently had some kitchen plumbing issues, thus figured it was time for a kitchen renovation. Interviewed several companies but decided on Creative Home Remodeling Group after talking to Max, who was very personable and thorough when explaining our estimate and plans. Overall, they were very accommodating to changes that I wanted to have done to the original plan. Salvador was the main person who was putting our kitchen together and was a delight to work with. He was very patient and detail-oriented, especially when we wanted a herringbone pattern backsplash. Countertop was fabricated beautifully, and our custom cabinets turned out solid and beautiful as well. Overall, really appreciated the time this group put into ensuring the kitchen was done right, no cutting corners. Also appreciated how accommodating they were to any of my last-minute request for changes to the kitchen. My wife and I are very happy with how our new kitchen turned out! We hired Creative Homes to remodel our kitchen 3 years ago and were beyond pleased with their work. When we decided to remodel 2 of our bathrooms we immediately contacted Creative Homes once again. We did not waste our time with other estimates. We worked with Max for this remodel and he was amazing throughout the entire process. Max is dependable, always accessible and professional. He listened to what I wanted and whatever I asked for (even last minute changes) were completed without hesitation! His crew is top notch. The tile work in both the bathrooms is impeccable.
