We found Creative Home Remodeling by chance in a neighborhood home improvement booklet. Our old contractor had moved out of state. We worked with David. He was great. He listened to what we wanted to do and all went well. David's crew is the best crew we have worked with thus far. They arrived on time everyday. They kept their work area neat. I was able to talk to them about how I wanted the shelving to be installed and they did exactly as I asked. His crew is friendly and pay close attention to detail. We are so pleased with the quality that we already have them doing our next and much bigger project. . . enlarging our garage and reinforcing the foundation to take a second story at a later date. ( A project that we will also have done by Creative Home Remodeling! ) thank you very much David and the entire crew of Creative Home Remodeling!!

We needed a kitchen remodel + two bathroom so we did a search on Angie's List + yelp for the top 3 contractors with 5 stars in our area. After receiving quotes from all 3 contractors Creative Home was the most competitively priced. Nir was very easy to work with and designed the kitchen exactly the way we wanted it. His suggestions on the kitchen layout and where and what materials to buy were very helpful. Also, Nir had recommendations on where to buy appliances saved us a ton of $$$. End result was perfect and they warranty their work so if any problems arise just give them a call. Nir (project manager r) did a great job. We remodeled two bathrooms and kitchen, everything replaced, it was a big job and they did it gracefully. They worked with us on every detail, recommending shopping spots to scheduling pickups and construction times (including working around a family emergency). Nir was available late when I'd call after work. We had some smaller projects also like removal of popcorn ceiling, painting and new light fixtures - all of this was taken care of. I don't think I could have found a better team to do this job for us. They know what they are doing. The quality of workmanship is excellent also.

They finished the project in 3.5 months. The best compliment I can give is that I would use him again and would recommend him to others for the following reasons: * David the owner has an excellent sense of design and listens to your needs. He found the right balance between honoring the craftsman and deco style of our home while also updating the interior with modern conveniences. For example, we wanted a more modern kitchen that would fit the style of the home, and also asked for a new staircase to be built that would look as though it had always been there- he designed both these things very successfully. * Knowledge of the planning and building code. He understands how be an advocate for you if needed in the Planning Department. I have even had David on our side in front of the Planning Commission. * His plans are very detailed oriented- a critical factor in a renovation as complex and extensive as ours. * Nir the manager of project will stay with you throughout the renovation through final inspection- he is willing to answer questions and assist as needed through the process. He cares that the job is done right. * Even if the contractor is good, it is peace of mind to know that Nir will drop by to help ensure the plans are executed properly, and he knows all the right questions to ask. High quality work with great attention to detail which is so hard to find these days .

My wife and i just bought our first new house and this house needed a complete remodeling. we decided to Remodel and to have a dreamy modern house. I could not be happier with the complete remodeling that my wife and i did (bathroom,kitchen,back yard etc...)and with the help that Creative Home Remodeling did for us.After shopping around for a little bit (we start to call some companies from the magazine with a modern pictures), I decided to go with them because they were the most professional and genuine when I met them for an estimate.I was impressed from the very beginning by how responsive they were. Normally, I hate it when I need to "work"for a company to get back to me or just correspond in general,But all of my phone calls and emails were returned within half an hour, which for a company in this industry, I can say from past experiences is really rare! Overall the quality of their work is very good. I have seen and worked with other contractors, and I have found Creative Home Remodeling work to be much better.we started with the kitchen, we replaced the kitchen cabinets to a modern white cabinets ,we installed Gray Counter top also in the island, we replaced the plumbing,installed black back splash ,installed some recessed Lights replace the floor to a tile and painted the walls.we also remodeled our master bathroom and the single bathroom,we replaced new drains, replace the shower with a Jacuzzi, replaced the toilet, installed tile on the floor and they painted the bathrooms.we paint the interior house, replaced the floors to a wood floors all over the house. We changed the back yard, first we removed the old deck around the pool and installed a pavers instead. we also build a new drive way.in a month and 5 Days Nir and his team finished everything.the only thing that left to do now is to live in our dream that come true .Thank you Creative Home Remodeling we defiantly will referral you to our friends and family. We just completed a whole kitchen remodel with Creative Home Remodeling Group. The finished product is an absolutely stunning kitchen. I credit Roee Peers, the company representative for convincing me to do the project in the first place. Being a single mom and cash flow being the issue he had me working with financing options, till finally the third option worked. The designer Barry was amazing. He was able to convert what I wanted done in my kitchen to a drawing and have it executed to my liking and specifications. He was very nice to not fuss when I had a friend of the family, a successful designer, help me make a few changes on the initial drawing and sent back to him The cabinets are top notch and came with beautiful dental crown molding, which make the finish look so much more richer and nicer. My quartz counter top is absolutely beautiful. We went with dark cabinets and a light counter top. Barry had me upgraded from granite to quartz and I'm beyond grateful. for it. The initial time frame given was three weeks, and it took four in all from start to finish - not bad at all considering the work that was done and the completed product. Although .there were some miscommunication issues from time to time, ultimately Creative has to be credited with doing a great job. My only advice to avoid miscommunication in future projects is to determine what exactly you want done and have everything spelled out on the written contract before the start of the remodel.

Roy Peer is very polite and is a great communicator. He was available any time I needed him to answer questions. I had a great experience with the guys that came into my home. They were very respectful of space. They worked very hard and appreciated small things like cold sodas and water. I would recommend this group to do any remodel, big or small.

After all of the remodel was finished , we moved in and replace the stove. With the new stove, it left a 5 inch by 2.5 feet opening and needed to be covered to blend it with the rest of the cabinerts since the new stove came after the kitchen remodel. Talked to David and he dropped by and did a measure on that opening, He ordered a pice of wood and a few days later he came back to cover it and made it look like its part of the fixture. Nicely done. I wanna thank David from Creative Home once again for taking care of things promptly and free of charge. A nice courtesy months after the job was complete to satisfy his client. Well done.

i moved to a old tampel in north hollywood the place was old dirty and in a bad condition . i called david from creative home remodeling and i asked him how can he help me to remodel my place , i was need to remove walls fix the floor drywall paint small kitchen service and windows to get some air to my new place ,david come with his guys and help me todesign and make it much better place, david provide me new floor , 2 windows and small kitchen space and paint the rooms with no cost ( donation) . now the place look grate every friday and saturday i have over 20 people coming to pray and eat in the tample and it is very importand to make sure there is good invironment ,thanks to david and creative home remodeling i have very nice and very comfortable place i recommend creative home remodeling great company great guys that willing to give fome themsellves thanks agaib

David helped us in getting the acoustic ceilings removed throughout the house and installing new recess lighting in the entry room and kitchen. After that we discussed about a room addition I wanted to do for the living room and he helped me work with an architect to get blue prints of what I wanted done approved by the city. He was responsive to my calls and requests.

David came and took over a job that was already started. We had To fire the first contractor for Doing a bad job. David assured he would do a great job...and he did! The bathroom looks amazing and we are very pleased with the quality of work. His team was professional and we felt clomfortable enough to leave them here when we were not home and they did not Let us down! I would hire them again and I am very grateful for the work he did for us!

The work was done in a timely manner and the workers were professional, cleaned up any mess made after the demo work and were very polite. The project manager was very professional and had some great suggestions. His name is Nir Gozlan. I definitely will be using this company again.

We had a relatively small job to do. We needed part of our backyard covered with a pergola. Michael initially came out for the estimate and the work began on the date we requested. It was completed in one day and then we asked them to return to pain the pillars. The work was top notch and it was quite painless overall. I would use them again, definitely. They were very responsive by phone and very good follow-up overall.

Kitchen remodeling, countertop, hardwood floor, plumbing and paint: I recently had my kitchen remodeled, the project manager, Nir, came to my house to give me the estimate. We talked for about 2 hours about the project, and he answered all of my questions and concerns about the project. After signing the agreement, Nir came with his crew and they start the process. They covered all areas to prevent damages to other areas of the house. The crew is extremely professional and very nice. They were here everyday, the process went very smooth and I love my kitchen and countertop. We also redid our plumbing, we changed all of the galvanize pipes to copper pipes (same here areas were protected and cleaned after the job was done). We also changed our laminate floors to hardwood floor. Floor's looking amazing and I'm very happy. Overall that was a very pleasant experience, I've heard a lot of bad experiences from my friends, however I can honestly say that I will recommend creative home to anyone who's looking for professional and pleasant remodeling.

VERY VERY HAPPY in 11/14/ 2014 i called to creative home remodeling to get estimate for kitchen remodeling tow days after i called to set up appointment David came over and help me to have part of my kitchen remodel he gave me same idea what do do with my old cabinet and tile counter top David show me pictures of his kitchens he did and some recommendations from customer and that gave me confident and i like it David came with his carpenter show me beautiful design the first day they demolish the cabinets counter top and part of the dry wall after that installed me new cabinet and beautiful granite counter top connect for me new sink (David give me as a gift) and finish nicely . every time before they leave the clean around very nice and professional crew im very happy with my new cabinets and counter tom :)

This stone paver, and pool remodeling job went very well. David and Danny provided excellent design advice, and most importantly the project was done on time and with very high quality work. The few repairs or modifications that needed to be taken care after completion were done promptly. We strongly recommend this company, and would use them again.

HAPPY AND PROUD BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN when i started to look for contracton to remodel my kitchen i called 3 companies and start to recived estimates one of them was creative home remodeling group inc , i met with david very nice young man david showed me a pictures of projects he did (very impress) and expland me the all proceess about the kitchen remodeling how to start and how to finish step by step ,help me the choose material provide me a 3 D design, samples of cabinetsde ,counter top etc.... when they start they coverd the all floor and divided the working area from rest of the house demolish the old kitchen fast nice and clean after demolition was completed they start preparation of electrical plumbing and dry wall BY PROFECIONAL CREW then when its done they install my new custom beautiful cabinets exactly like i expected (high quality) few days after counter top been install beautiful granite countre top (the one i choose in the granite yard) then connect sink and rest of the appliances and left clean area THE PROJECT HAS BEEN COMLETED IN ECELLENT TIME AND SERVICE any time when i asked anything i got he ansewr from david or from candi the office manager (very nivce lady) definitely happy and proud about my new beautiful kitchen definitely recommend about creative home remodeling and i will hire again in the future *****

My wife and I hired Creative Home to remodel our kitchen and living room and in the end (after 22 weeks), we're very happy with our new space, but let me just say that the process was extremely painful, mostly because it took 5 months instead of the 4-5 weeks quoted. My wife and I had just been through a tough remodel on a different area of our house and took a lot of time to search for and meet with different contractors to make absolutely sure that this time we wouldn't have ugly surprises. When we initially met with David (owner) and Danny (foreman) we really liked them, and I still think they are good people who are committed to their customers. That's the primary reason this review isn't two stars. Here's the story of what happened. We first met with David and Danny in January and decided to go with Creative Home for our kitchen remodel. What really sold us was David's pledge to commit fully to the job, have a foreman here every day (Danny or another person), work six days a week every week until the job was done. Danny promised me they would be done within 5 weeks, max. Here's how the job progressed: Week 1: Demo goes quickly. On Thursday the demo crew knocks a chunk of my neighbor's retaining wall down. I promise my neighbor I'll take care of the damage, and notify CH of what happened. A week or two later CH does a pathetic job of patching the wall and after I complained they promise to fix it. Three weeks later my very unhappy neighbor ends up hiring his own guy to do it right, costing me $470 (which I ultimately held back from CH's final payment). Week 2: CH doesn't show up until Thursday, apparently due to a series of holidays that they FAILED TO TELL MY WIFE AND I ABOUT AFTER THEY PROMISED TO WORK 6 DAYS EVERY WEEK TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN 4 WEEKS!!! Week 3: Same deal, they only showed up on 2 days. So after 3 weeks of "working" they'd only actually shown up 8 days total. At about this time my wife and I decide to add a skylight which CH says they can install in a couple days. The city decides they won't approve the plans without an engineer stamp, so I end up hiring my own architect to make the plans (at my own expense, apparently not included in CH's skylight install quote). Skylight installation is completed about 2 weeks after it was originally estimated, mostly due to planning and inspection delays (so one could argue CH wasn't responsible for that 2-week slip). Week 5: I haven't seen Danny at my house since the first week, and when I ask what happened I'm told he had to fly out of the country for a family emergency. Interesting that his "emergency" just happened to line up with a 2 week holiday. Week 7: Somewhere in this timeframe they started working on the hardware floor, which they had to install new in the dining area and refinish in the rest of the house. I don't even know where to begin on this one. What should have taken 3 or 4 days took 3 weeks. After installing the wrong wood (we specifically put "quartersawn red oak" on the contract, which was ignored), and then doing the subfloor in the entryway wrong, and then doing the stain wrong, the floor was finally finished correctly and now looks great, although there are still areas where the subfloor is uneven and the planks sag and creak when stepped on. Do NOT hire CH to do your floors. Week 8: One of the things that happened over and over and aggravated me to no end was the lack of thorough planning. I got a call on a Thursday asking "what kitchen tile do you want, we're installing it tomorrow", to which I replied "you're tile guy was a no-show up about 5 times after Danny promised us your tile guy would bring tile options to us to pick out, so we never finished picking tile". We picked a tile that day and I gave the tile info to the foreman (Meir, who I found was the most competent and capable of the CH crew) and he asked "can you pick it up?", to which I replied, "No, that's your job, and I'm out of state on vacation anyway." He called me back after contacting the tile company to say "That tile is going to take 5 days to arrive!" to which I replied "...and that's exactly why you should have ordered it weeks ago." I could go on with the week by week replay but you get the picture. Don't even get my wife started about their cabinet guy, unreal. Just think, no kitchen for 22 weeks. My wife and I both gained about 10 lbs. eating out every d*** meal. Think twice before hiring these guys, unless YOU want to be the general contractor babysitting the job every day. Their internal communication was horrible, resulting in multiple mistakes and delays. Oh, and get EVERY DETAIL you want agreed to in writing (they agreed to some details and then weeks later denied it). The one great thing is that despite all the delays and mistakes they stuck with it and in the end it's a nice kitchen. I know some contractors simply stop showing up. If I ever remodel anything again though, I won't be hiring Creative Home. To top it off, it rained last night for the first time in months and guess what, the skylight leaks. : ( Another note: I'm confident that David will post a reply stating that we made lots of changes or that our city forced them to change things and that's why there were delays. Don't believe it for a second. The only thing we added was the skylight, which should not have added more than 1 week (it leaks, regardless). The other things he "thinks" we added were things they agreed to in the planning before they started any work and then selectively forgot about and denied that they agreed to in the first place. Unless you enjoy stress or straining your marriage, don't hire Creative Home. I just read a "C" review posted a month ago, and I wish that review was posted before we hired these guys. Sounds like they had the exact same experience we had, not a fluke.

I was in need of a total remodel of my home. Home was built in 1978 and was in need for some upgrades. I contacted the office and made an appointment to meet up with the project manager, David. He showed up the very next day on the dot, sat down and talked about the what I need to be done to my home. I started with replacing the old tile on the kitchen counter with granite top and had the entire refacing of the kitchen cabinets. The job was excellent, he even recommended me with choosing the back splash to match the granite and I was really impressed on how it turned out. With that, I went ahead and had the entire home done Creative Home. Had the popcorn ceiling scrapped , add recess lightings , wood floorings, carpets and paintings and a new AC unit installed. Basically, whatever you need for your home, he can do it. Its a one stop A-Z project done right. What I really like about dealing with this company is the people in the company are sincere, honest and best of all, they will take care of you. I would recommend this company to friends and families and would call them again if I ever need anything else.

We experienced so many problems working with Creative Home Remodeling I?m not sure where to begin. Significant re-work was required with our floor, cabinets, electrical, and painting. Our project took about seven months when it was originally scheduled for two and a half. At times, weeks would go by and we wouldn?t see anyone from the company. Meanwhile, we had mountains of trash piled up outside our house. They wanted to charge us extra for things we didn?t request, specifically our closet and laundry area doors. Additionally, they didn?t deliver everything as promised in the contract (under cabinet lighting). The biggest problem we had was with our tile floor. Significant portions (50 to 60%) had to be ripped out and re-installed, not once but twice, because the workmanship was so poor. Additionally, they had to re-grout the floor multiple times. Our new floor now includes uneven tiles, chipped or otherwise damaged tiles, and mismatched grout throughout. We?re very disappointed. Even more frustrating was the poor workmanship and on-going mistakes that required extensive re-work to correct. They rarely took responsibility for these issues, offered numerous excuses for the problems we encountered, and treated our property very casually. They hardly ever reviewed the work of their sub-contractors and couldn?t tell you if anyone showed up as scheduled. We were left waiting time and time again after we made arrangements to be available. Toward the end of the project when we kept requesting corrections, the owner became rude and unprofessional. Some of his comments were so insulting that we refused to meet with him again. If you decide to work with Creative Home Remodeling, here are some suggestions: (1) don?t take anything for granted, make sure you get drawings of everything before they start, no matter how small or inconsequential it might seem; (2) be sure to specify quality of materials you want - paint, hinges, wood doors, etc. - if not you?re likely to get the lowest cost material; (3) insist on a large hold back prior to the final payment and consider building performance penalties into the contract; and (4) know your rights and become familiar with California?s Contractors State License Board. To their credit, they did fix many of the problems, but only after we complained and apparently would not have done so otherwise. We selected Creative Home Remodeling based on the great reviews on Angie?s List. Obviously others had some very positive experiences and were very happy. Unfortunately our experience was nothing like those great reviews.

I had the master bathroom basically gutted. Whirlpool tub removed, toilet, sink and vanity removed and replaced with all new fixtures. All tile on the shower, floors and vanity were removed and new tile on shower floors were installed along with a frameless shower door - looks great! Shampoo cubby was installed along with a bench in the shower. Also added new light fixtures, mirror and medicine cabinet. The price of the fixtures ( toilet, vanity) were not included, but all demo , removal of materials and installation were done quickly and neatly. I was happy that I did not see the old tub or toilet sitting in my yard - it was removed immediately. I was happy that they covered the floor to the adjacent room with heavier cardboard and also put sheets of plastic up to help alleviate the dust. They also assured me that the bathroom would all be painted before they left. They arrive early, work long days and clean up after themselves which is important to me. Also, all of my kitchen counters which were previously tile were demolished and removed from my kitchen in one day and new quartz counters were in place along with the new farm sink. It was amazing that when I left in the morning I had old counters and when I arrived back home they were all new and not a trace of the old tile. Also installed the faucet and subway tile backsplash throughout the kitchen, and ran a new light fixture over the island. They were always accessible by phone or text and the crew is very polite and easy to deal with. I would use them again - they are prompt, curteous and clean up.

Absolutely Fabulous Patio!We called about 3 or 4 companies to work on our patio, but when Avi (project manager) showed up from Creative Home Remodeling Services, we loved him. The price that he gave us was in the middle of the other contractor’s prices but we felt very comfortable with Avi, so we hired him. We originally thought we wanted flagstone, because some of the others had given us estimates on flagstone and stamped cement, but we didn’t know enough about stamped cement. After Avi gave us various designs on several different types of patios, our hearts were set on stamped cement. His price and attitude about the job influenced us to replace the walkway in the front and on the side of the house, of course the price got a little higher but very reasonable. Then, after the job started Avi was called away to do something else, so he sent Nir to manage over the project and he was Great too. The workers Auturo, Jesus, Pepe and several others worked with us no matter how many questions we asked, or how many times we changed our mind, they kept on smiling. Our patio looked GREAT and now we love stamped cement and the whole process was amazing to watch. Nir and the entire Patio team did an excellent job. Okay, here’s a brief description of the events and process, first they dig up your old patio (which was hard work), rope and board off the new patio with your design (which we changed a couple of times), then prepare the patio with rebar wire. The truck comes out a few days later pours the cement (whatever color you pick), they spread out the cement, and then they take these big stampers and stamp their little hearts out on your patio. Great experience to watch! They were on top of everything and the finished Patio was Amazing. So, of course we asked for an estimate on our kitchen, you know what happened next, yes we signed a contract. For your contracting work, we highly and I mean highly recommend hiring Creative Home Remodeling (Avi), because they worked like crazy with us and did a fantastic job. Danny and the crew were professional and informative. He showed us several photos of previous work and took my husband to a job in progress prior to choosing this company. We were impressed with the time spent explaining what would take place and answering all our questions. The workers came on time and worked hard until the job was done. Great attention was given to detail every step of the way. The job done was first class and we are extremely happy with the results, the price and the care that was taken while at our home. We couldn't ask for a better company to meet our needs for our home improvements. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a job done right the first time, with beautiful results! They cleaned up everything before they left, and hauled away all trash, old concrete, etc. They didn't ask for any payments until we were completely satisfied with each phase of work done. They treated us like family and we were very comfortable with them.

I had other construction jobs done in the past, but I have to say that after not expecting much from constructors I was pleasantly surprised. David was very professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and to our great surprise on time unlike previous constructors. Creative remodeled our bathrooms and kitchens, and now I love my house and my husband loves the reasonable price. I would recommend Creative to all my friends and family. Give them a call. You will be happy you did!!!

The guys were at the job site on time every day. The project was finished 4 days before the scheduled time. David and Nir (thank you guys so much), were on top of every aspect of the project and made sure I knew and understood each and every step of the project. The quality of the job is extremely high, I'm very happy with the finished product, and just equally with the process itself. Even when I asked for changes they didn't nickle and dime me which is something I had to deal with when working with my previous contractor. All the samples and the items required for the project were brought to my house and I didn't need to shop around which made it a lot easier for me. This is the second project I'm doing with them, and no doubt I'll be using them in the future. I received a call from the office every morning to ensure I was happy and everyone I talked to were very polite and professional. I normally don't get carried away with compliments, but after my previous experience I find that company and their representatives and workers very refreshing. Highly recommended.
