+ 1 moreMr. Ward is a nice guy who does good work. My experiences with him have always been pleasant and professional. However, his wife, who runs the office and interacts with customers on estimates, is a NIGHTMARE. She is very rude and nasty. Recently, Mr. Ward came to my house to give me an estimate on some additional work. When I politely asked her about a $80 service call charge for a $60 screen repair, she went ballistic. Neither she nor Mr. Ward had previously told me there would be an additional service charge. Her behavior was uncalled for and unprofessional. Unfortunately, her bad outweighs his good. Check google, you'll find other customers who have had similar negative experiences with her.
Description of Work: Repair screens and provide an estimate on additional work I was considering.
