I have been a full time real estate agent since 2003. During this time I have developed a unique approach that guarantees your needs are handled immediately and your home sells quickly and for top dollar! For buyers I give you my vast knowledge in getting the property that you will be happy with. In markets with low inventory I search out properties that are not on the market. Alot of buyers don't realize there are things that experienced agents can help with the process that newer agents do not know about. Finding the property is just the first step. Negotiating on your behalf to get the property, negotiating the inspections and navigating the endless paperwork are crucial in any transaction. Using a experienced lender can mean funding the property or it falling through. I can help you find a great one if needed. Customer service is very important to me. That means I am one of the top in my field for customer satisfaction in my area. That is extremely important to me because it means my clients are happy with the work that I have done for them. Description of Work: We were buying a house and the seller had a change of heart and was getting emotional since she grew up in that house. Due to Blayne's very hands-on dealing with his clients and his empathy, he was able to calm down the seller in what resulted in a smooth transaction.

From the moment we met Blayne he was very attentive and helpful. As he was throughout the entire process. I valued his opinion about what we needed to do in the staging and selling process. He priced our home well, and with in a week we had multiple offers, and ultimately sold it for $50 over the list price. He walks our neighborhood frequently and is very familiar with the area.
