This is the third contractor I've used from Homeadvisor. Like the others I'm am extremely happy with the results. They made all their commitments and the floor crew was outstanding. They worked incredibly hard and were also detail oriented. The finished product actually exceeded my expectations! I will be using them again next year when I refinish the remainder of my hardwood floors. They also left my house cleaner then I expected. Thumbs up all the way!

This was the more expensive company of the 2 I interviewed. But their workmanship, promptness, and conscientiousness were excellent.

The guys that laid the floors for me helped me allot with putting things back, they did my closet for my clothes and neatly put things in there to where I could fit more in then before because they were so detailed. Orderly, and took their time to answer all of my questions. They cleaned up and took away all the mess in the yard.

I expected the baseboards to be removed for the install of the floors and then reinstalled. I was never told that the baseboard would not be removed... which means that the wood was only installed short of the baseboards, and now, I will always have to have a base shoe. This is not a design element that I want to be forced to live with. We went back and forth about how unhappy I was with being pigeonholed to this decision... and things got quite contentious at times. But all in all, the wood floors themselves look good.

Great job refinishing old hardwood floors. Look like new...great customer service, clean, fair price.

They did not do what was promised. When the work had problems, they would not show up to promised appointments to review the problems. I have been trying for months to fix the issues.

They bent over backwards to make it all come together.
