Tony was on time for our initial meeting as was his crew during the renovation. They removed carpet , linoleum & particle board from 2 bedrooms to reveal wood floor underneath. They pulled & filled 300+ nails from the 2 rooms, patched 2 areas where a floor furnace had been, patched water damage & another small hole, then sanded & stained the 2 bedrooms, hallway, living & dining rooms. His crew was respectful, polite & followed my directions. The entire project took 2 1/2 days and I'm very pleased with the result. Price was 30% more then another quote I had received, but the cheaper contractor was unreliable, not returning my phone call for days. Another contractor from Home Advisor flaked and yet another no showed. Tony's office always picked up the phone and promptly got back to me with any questions I had. "The sting of paying more for a job well done will fade over time as you enjoy the finished work, but a poor result with bother you forever."

I was very impressed with the work from Ariel Builders. The workers came on time, did a great job, and finished on time. I was also highly impressed with their after-service. Throughout the whole project, it was very easy to communicate what needed to be done through the receptionist and the team. I would call in the morning and they would get the message right away. They even came twice after the project is done to make sure everything was perfect. Now I have a gorgeous new powder room for my guests. My girlfriend said "This powder room is so chic! Only thing missing in there is Karl Lagerfeld!!!"

Outstanding in all aspects of my flooring installation. Quality service, workmanship and efficiency. Hard working crew. Very professional and courteous. Very reliable. Felt like we had to Self project manage. Thing had to be don twice to get it right. Poor communication between contractor and lead technician.

Sol, the project general, was excellent and met my wife's every need, he assisted in every aspect of the project, helped us pick tile and our vanity and made several suggestions that enhanced the overall look of the bathroom. We love it and will use Ariel again for our second bathroom and kitchen upgrades

Mark and the Ariel team had a competitive price and the quality of the work was very good. The project took longer than expected by 2 days but the price offset the delay. I would recommend Ariel.

I have nothing but praise for Ariel builders. Their support and knowledge made my remodeling project so much smoother. Facing a short deadline they came through with flying colors. Thumbs up for Ariel builders.

I hate to even give the half start. Worst company I ever dealt with. Poor quality laminate. Poor workmanship, and do not stand behind damage that they do. One guy could barely speak English, and the other couldn't speak it at all so I couldn't communication with them. They broke a very expensive closet door when they took them off and put them outside) then tried putting the floor adhesive in it thinking I wouldn't notice. These were beautiful tri fold doors which do not close all the way now. I called about right after they left, and the owner said they did not do it and refused to pay for the damage. They broke the top of my new vertical blinds. They scratched up the floor as they put it in. They left holes in my walls, and messed up the new paint all the way around the room, and the strip between the 2 bathroom doors never stayed glued down and after telling them over and over, they never came back to fix it. To replace my closet doors will cost just as much as their very poor quality work. $1,300. I am 71 years old and on disability, and I feel that I was totally taken advantage of! Don't hire these people. You will be sorry if you do.

First experience with refinishing hardwood flooring so was not preparedfor all the dust. Would have liked better taping off of doorways. Otherwise, good results with finished flooring.

The phone connections were good, the sales was outstanding, and the two guys that came for the installing of the bamboo flooring were Wonderful! All respecte my times and needs -- and the job don was exact and makes my home look Perfect! Thank You!

They did a good job in one day time to complete the project. Material and workmanship preformed was excellent.

The refinished floors look great and they laid laminate in the den. Did a nice job, The only issue I had was they did not seal off the other rooms as I was told. There is dust in every corner of the house. Make sure they put plastic up to help contain the mess.
