I was going to have my hardwood floors refinished, but when the carpet was pulled up the floors were in bad shape. I was on a tight schedule and Yuri came out that night with samples (laminate) of what he had in stock. They were able to bring it out the next morning and finish the job on time. It looks beautiful. I will probably be using them again in the near future.

Ariel builders handled the job quickly and on time with the estimate. I had some small spots of termite damage on the floor which they repaired at a small fee. Very satisfied with the service and result. I would use them again

This is my first major remodel. I had no idea of what I wanted but I did know I wanted a walkin shower. Remodeled 2 bathrooms and powder room. Uri was my contact person and he was excellent. During most of the project I was out of town, but Uri was always in contact with me providing me with suggestions, photos and even accompanying me to home improvement centers when I was in town. The whole project was done to my satisfaction and the working crew made sure everything was cleaned and all of the debris was hauled away. I highly recommend Ariel Builders.

I was worried about my home sinking and when I called to get an evaluation they were prompt, had a quick solution and did the job in the time they told me. Ariel Builders were the first to make a call back to me and they were able to arrange for one of their professionals to make a quick trip out to our house the same day for an estimate. It was an emergency situatiion so I was very, very pleased with their willingness to procure the job.

I have NEVER written a review before in my life, but I'm so frustrated I felt like this was my only option. I had Tony custom build a whole new bathroom vanity/sink/cabinet/drawers with marble countertops. I had issues throughout the process with lack of attention to details to where I was so upset he took some money off the price. A year later all of the drawers have broken and just fall out when you try to open them. They used a third party drawer company that they work with all the time. I have been calling for 3 months trying to get it fixed or some sort of help and no one has done anything or followed through even with multiple attempts on my end. Tony had also said that this has happened to other people as well which I think was supposed to make me feel better but just made me question why they would continue to hire these incompetent people. I've been pulling my hair out trying to get someone to fix this because they did it custom, but looks like I'm gonna have to find someone else entirely. I would NEVER use them again.

Uri was very good to work with and gave us a great deal compared to other estimates. He gave us what we needed. Others wanted to include extras as basic fare.

Very polite and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner. The cost was worth the quality.

The cost was pricey but I'm extremely satisfied. They offered some insights that were not offered by others. The installer was on time and courteous.

It was a higher cost than the other bids, but they did a superior job to any subcontractor that would have been hired by the contractor of the other companies. Ariel Builder uses their own employees. Thanks!

Very good quality, with lots of work arounds like railings, that were done beautifully.

I like working with "family owned" businesses; Uri, contractor, gave an excellent presentation, Pedro and crew did an excellent job on the floors. The customer rep., Mary, was very courteous. They addressed all my concerns and what was removed they replaced it.

My home looks beautiful. This company did a wonderful job on my floors, including building new flooring and repairs. The crew was very professional and nice to work with.
