Owen was our salesperson, project manager He was straight forward with everything to expect and when we would be done. He has very good ideas for anyone who may be looking for help. I would recommend him to anyone. We will be using him when itâ  s time to do the front yard.

Owen is a great project manager and Robert is a good foreman. Totally professional and they did the work without interruption. Only blemish was the recommended nursery-plant quality not that good. But we just returned what we didnâ  t like and bought elsewhere

Not satisfied with the work.

They did a great job, my floors look awesome! I was told the floors would take 4 to 5 days and they completed the job in 4 days and cleaned up after themselves and left the place looking spectacular! Very happy with Ariel Builders Inc., they come highly recommended.

Floors are not a cheap enterprise, so you want them done ne well. Ariel did a good job and we are pleased with the work and service.

I would advise you to get competitive quotes and think twice before contracting with this company. We contacted Tony to do demolition of our kitchen in preparation for an IKEA install, add electrical outlets and do the flooring and get the plumbing ready for the installation. Tony quoted us a price that was far beyond what we planned on spending but told us if we wanted things done **right**, thats what price we should pay. He talked about being hands-on during the construction process. We decided to give it a chance because he presented himself well. First red flag: the day before the demolition is to start I get a call from Tony saying he wont be around for most of the week because he had to go out of town; we could continue or we could reschedule. He knew we couldnt reschedule because the Ikea installation was scheduled for the following week. Second red flag: We have an older home so, not surprisingly, when the work started some pipes needed to be replaced. Tony told us that he would have a plumber come out to deal with it. When we tried to get some idea of what the cost would be he said it would be **no big deal**. Well, no big deal turned out to be $2400. We got no breakdown of what this $2400 was. And, the plumbers fix caused another problem that had a leak filling up a bucket a night. We pointed this out and it took days to get resolved Multiple other red flags: Workers put old cabinets in our yard waste container. Certain things were not done right and we had to point them out to get them done correctly. Tony basically showed up to pick up checks. Im giving 2 stars because the final product and workmanship werent terrible, but again that was mostly because we had to stay on top of them and point out things that werent done correctly. But ultimately I believe the contract price was at least 25% above what was fair for the job, and the level of service and quality of work did not justify it at all.

Fabulous job! Floors look amazing!

The wonderful woman, Jeanette, who met me to tell me about the job and to the measurements was professional and kind and personable however when it came time to do the work the workmen did not show up for the first two days they were sloppy and messy and dirty and they made errors so I am not at all pleased with what they did but I loved Jennette.

Tony was easy to work with and had reliable crew that got showed up and got the job done quickly and professionally.

The owner of the company looked me in the eye and lied like a dog. Said he was the boss, lowest price in LA, office nearby, he would be doing the job, then finagled me into paying $2,500 for two guys (not him) to buff my wood floors for six hours. That is $200 per guy (that is generous) $150 for the buffer (which they own). Which means the grifter took $1,950 for lying to my face. The workers were fine. Did a good $500 job. But I hate being lied to, Yeah, I am the sucker, but to massively overcharge is just bad behavior. Thank you for allowing me to show the world who Ariel is.
