Visit and estimate was fast and professional. Worker was sincere and dedicated. Put in full days. He really wanted perfection. -- and succeeded. I'm very happy with the results. Phoned this company this morning, for another job, so yes, I would use again and recommend.

Alex was very pleasant and hard working. Together with a helper, they did an excellent job on our flooring. We are very happy with this company.

Tony was great from the beginning coming out on a Sunday to meet with us... he beat out competitors by thousands! His crew was friendly, efficient and paid attention to detail, not to mention they cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. Our new laminate floors make our house look brand new, we are more than happy!

Overall floor looks great. Only issue was I was originally quotes half the cost but when they removed existing floor they told me they had to lay plywood everywhere and this would double cost.

It was pleasant working with and I would recommend him to other clients.

Did not complete toilet installation. Person assigned to install toilet said he couldn't do that work -- He was a floor installer.

Be sure to ask to see the threshhold samples along with the floor samples. Colors are way off. Doesn't have matching thresholds.

The owner of the company only cares about selling the job. When his worker showed up an hour late the morning of the job, the owner just said “it happens.” No one ever checked back with me to see how the job went or if I was happy with the work, which I’m not. They also scrapped all of my newly painted kitchen cabinets with the floor sander. In addition, they are overpriced. I will never use this company again.

Very good customer service. Always responded to calls and texts. Job was well done. The installer was very pleasant and always on time. I would definitely use Ariel Builders again.

Everything about this company was first rate. They did an outstanding job. If you need your hard wood floors resurfaced I highly recommend Ariel Builders.

Great Job

Had all of my hardwood floors resurfaced and stained from light oak to a darker walnut color, it is absolutely beautiful. They did a great job, the color is perfect, and they really paid attention to detail. The sanding part of the job is very messy (a lot of dust) and I think they did the best they possibly could to minimize the amount of dust by covering everything with plastic. Overall we are very happy.

They were sloppy. I had to ask them back to fix areas they had ignored. They removed my smoke detectors and did not replace them and failed to tell me where they had put them. They failed to protect items in my home from dust from the floor refinishing. They failed to put up plastic barriers even after I requested them. they assured me that it would not be a problem, but it was.

Very efficient and exceptionally neat. I was extremely pleased with the new flooring as well as the work done on the existing flooring. I would definitely hire this company in the future.

They did a great job!! The floors look great

Came on time and finished the project in Two days as promised. I am very happy with my hardwood flooring.

While the customer service was good, the crew that performed the work was below par. There was a constant disconnect between the work that needed to be completed and what was actually done. I had to constantly remind my contractor of the work that needed to be performed. Crews showed up at my door without any notice, It was poor management all around. On Top of the logistical confusion, damage was caused by their crew that they could not fully fix.

Uri was our contractor and he had another company's personnel working on this job. The workers were very professional and worked with us making sure things were being done as we wanted them. We rated Ariel Builders 4.5 on customer service because after all work was done one light quit working and after many calls, we could not get them to come out and fix it. They had originally installed the light. Other wise the remodeling experience was excellent.

Very expensive but they did a good job. Workers came an hour late.

Excellent and beautiful work, and professional customer service. Their office dealt with my quixotic HOA successfully on my behalf (priceless), and when I had an issue with the original installation Sadia (overseer of project) patiently and professionally sought to understand my concern and fix it exactly the way I wished. A great company!
