This company was perfect for my relatively small landscaping project that required drought resistant plants, stone decor and artificial turf. Rick, the field manager,was cordial and beyond awesome with his professionalism and design recommendations that more than fit my budget and landscape requirements. I was provided with photos and illustrations that help determine exactly the design I was looking for. He also kept me informed in a timely manner on every step of the project completion stage. The work crew was very efficient and left the yard very neat at the end of the workday. I would highly recommend this company and their exceptional staff for any landscaping project. I am very please with the outcome.

They are very accommodating in regards to the date which I appreciated so much as I wanted it done just in 4 days timeframe. There were supposedly other additional or extra charges but Tony decided to have it free.. Thank you so much.

They do horrible work, it's all subcontractors. They ruined my new paint, I had to ask them to remove the waste, cracked my driveway, the owner, Tony was so hung up on his religion he couldn't find the time to come see the job they had just done. The detail was never taken care of, the floor scratched in 2 days. Used the wrong sealer. It looked like a 5 year old did the job. The tile was not put in properly. It doesn't line up. The grout, which is dark, was all over my oak cabinets. No one ever cleaned it up. The tiles were laid down, some of them chipped. The new molding that they put on was nailed on, then silicone was put on after. White molding had black marks on all of it and was installed improperly. Mary in the office was a total mouth piece. Never shut up to listen to anything you had to say. Always knew everything, but she really knew nothing. The whole experience was a horrible one starting from day 2. They didn't show up, didn't call, when I called I was told they had to do the owners house first. Very little English spoken, so communication was not that great. I was offered some money to get off of Tony's back. I just really wanted him to go away. The lies were too much for me to take any longer. The contract states " 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed." What a lie that is. Someone should sue the pants of of this company. We asked Tony, if this was your home would you approve of the job done? He wouldn't answer the question.

Very quick, it took a day for about 500 Sq ft of flooring. After they were done, there were a couple minor details I wanted them to check out and they came as soon as they could to address it. Customer service is great. I worked with Alon and he was very responsive.

This company installed a hardwood floor in my bedroom at an extremely reasonable price. Plus they got the job done in a day and cleaned up after themselves. It was the customer service that really stood out though. Their office manager is superb.

The professional who did the tilework was excellent; HOWEVER, the PM with whom I contracted the job overestimated the amount of tile (costing me $300) and underestimated the amount of time needed (causing me to have to reschedule an appointment). I also contracted with Ariel to do a latticework ceiling over my atrium--this was initially awful with sagging and overlapping that made it asymmetrical in appearance. The PM didn't seem to appreciate that observation and so it took an additional 2 weeks to get the problem corrected, a total of one month from the initial installation--an unreasonable amount of time, in my estimation, for this type of job and in view of the half hour it ultimately took to correct the problem.

Ariel Builders removed an aging deck and replaced it with a beautiful hardscape. This project turned a rarely used portion of the back yard into an inviting patio that we use every day. The work was professional, quick and friendly. The price was excellent. After the job all debris and equipment were removed.
