Fantastic flooring job by Toni and all his workers. They killed a 800 square foot space in one day. Removed carpet, prepared floor, installed luxury vinyl planks and cut and attached base boards. Flooring is fantastic. Highly recommend Tony and Ariel Builders

Sadia, one of their very top salespersons, tells me his company can do any kind of remodeling or building and given his expertise already displayed I absolutely believe him!!

My biggest complaint is that we agreed upon a price. They decided to charge more. The first time, they came back and said, **We want $3,800 extra after starting the job** I paid it, now they are coming back and saying they want $1,026 more. So far, they are charging me $4,826.00 more than what was originally agreed upon. Do not they know this from the start? I am asking them as they are supposed to be the professionals. How much more are they going to charge me before the end of the job? I do not know yet. I was originally told the job would take about two weeks but now it is taking about a month. I am getting complaints from tenants that they want a rent reduction because of the inconvenience of not being able to use the garage. This is another factor that can increase your construction costs is lack of use of your property for a longer period of time than anticipated. Their framing looks better than the roof as there are exposed areas in the roof area that can become subject to the weather. The tile edging looked more attractive before on the roof. I still see cracks in the stucco.

Got the job done,and with quality. Showed up every day,and worked all day for 8 days straight.

A totally coordinated team. No mistakes or foul-ups. Everybody knew their job and did it to perfection. I have had workers fail to show up as scheduled and not even call to let me know. Not with Ariel! The worst I got was a phone call to let me know they were stuck in traffic and would be 15 to 20 minutes late! Most professional company I have ever worked with.

Ariel's project manager knew what we wanted, made positive suggestions, and delivered a finished product that met all of our expectations. Cost was a little more than we expected, but well worth it in the end.

I’ve replaced carpet with wood-looking vinyl planks. Very happy about my choice. Ariel builders did great work and the results are amazing. Crew already knew all the HOA rules so I didn’t even have to go over that. They cleaned up afterwards.

They matched my somewhat rare unfinished hardwood floor product, when others could not for replacement of part of and refinishing the rest of the 1,100 square feet floor. Their workmanship was top-notch. Everyone at the company was lovely to deal with. I highly recommend.
