+ -1 moreShe calls 2 hours prior to the appointment informing me that no ones available to go to the promised location. She then proceeds to advise me that she will call back in 10 minutes to update me on what she can do to remedy the situation. She does not call back so I end up calling her back and she now advises me there is absolutely nothing she can do to fix this situation.
Description of Work: She promised me a scheduled appointment on 9/10/2013 / 5:30 PM.

+ -1 moreTried to do the laundry before going to work, and the washer just stopped when I was rushing to get my clothes cleaned. The technician's arrival was super prompt, when he got in he already had some ideas of what the problem could be. Diagnosed the problem within ten minutes, and in less than an hour the repair was done. Saved me from being late to work. And the price was much lower than I expected for an emergency service.
Description of Work: The washer stopped spinning right in the middle of washing cycle.

+ -1 moreI called Appliance Clinic LA, and the technician arrived the same day. Michael seemed very knowledgeable, and found the problem right on spot. He not only fixed the problem, but it was under one hour and for a reasonable price!! Great service. Will definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: The fridge wasn't cooling. Checked it in the morning, both parts didn't hold the cold temperature
