There was some difficulty in finding a suitable spot to locate the new junction boxes for the pendants. He had to remove several circles of drywall to finally position them correctly. He was very eager to satisfy our design needs and safely position the lights, which I appreciated. My only real complaint was that he started sawing out pieces from the ceiling without putting down any kind of drop cloth to catch all the dust and debris, nor did he warn us so that we could spread sheets or something. We ended up with drywall dust in every nook and cranny of our gas stove top, on fruits and vegetables on the counter below, in the toaster slots, and on pretty much every other surface in the kitchen. He swept the floor and wiped the counters when he left, but there was still a lot of cleanup for us. He was a nice, talkative guy. He also warned us of unsafe halogen lights in our upstairs closets, which was helpful. Woman who scheduled visit at main office was extremely professional.
