I worked with 1 Degree Construction to update my kitchen. It was a full kitchen remodel and it was a pretty big project because I had many requests and wanted something unique between classic and modern. Thai from1 Degree was great. He completely understood all my needs, gave me great suggestions and also he save me money, he really cares about customer satisfaction. Although there were many details, project was finished on time and outcome is phenomenal. Now my kitchen not only looking amazing, just as I wanted, it's also much more functional now. We hired 1 Degree to tackle a full gut and renovation of our kitchen, powder room and laundry room, and to paint the full exterior of our 1910 craftsman. The team completed installation of custom brick flooring, relocation of electrical and plumbing, all new appliance installation, and a full set of custom cabinetry in the kitchen and laundry. They exceeded our expectations with every project.

I have worked with a number of contractors both professionally and personally, and Thai and his team are the best. Very conscientious, professional, patient and kind. And amazing at what they do. Thai is very hands on and always available to answer any questions. He makes creative adjustments to the plans throughout the build process to improve on and make best use of space. The job was finished on time and on budget, looks amazing and functions perfectly. This was a complete basement conversion, including radiant underfloor throughout, a lot of foundation work, adding drainage etc., and all the subs who worked on it were amazing and I would recommend every one of them.

I can't say enough about the great experience I had with Meir Construction. First of all, their prices. I originally called them about my bathroom that was leaking at the bottom of my tub, in my master bedroom. Nathan correctly diagnosed the problem by going under the home and spotting cracks around the tub p-trap and at various points on the plumbing. The quote they gave to fix the repairs, was , in the words of my real estate agent, "a steal", so I hired them to fix it. Nathan took care of the problem promptly and I haven't had a problem since. I would hire them again in a heart beat for any future home remodels.

Thiago, and the whole team at Meir Construction did a phenomenal job on our massive home remodel. We added a second story to our small Victorian Home in San Jose, nearly doubling it in size. We also completely re-arranged the interior layout including the kitchen and living room. They also removed 2 load bearing walls in the process. We basically rebuilt the entire home, while also trying to keep the character and style of a 100+ year old home.

I had my 300 sqft deck rebuilt with red wood. It took them 3 weeks and Meir construction did a great job. There was one hiccup during the project with obtaining the lumber due to shortage, but they handled it within a timely manner.

It went pretty well. Everything was done as expected. There with issues with supplies and they had to comeback on a later time. In terms of following up and doing more than what was expected, I give them high marks.
