Description of Work: I found Brian through Angie's List, and again Angie hasn't let me down. I hired Brian to upgrade my Mac from 'Tiger' to 'Leopard', including a complete system overhaul and maintenance tune-up. Brian was spot-on-time, professional, friendly, good humor, and most importantly, a Mac expert. As a matter of fact, Brian was so impressive with his knowledge and demeanor, that I hired him to come back the next day for additional services. I have a Mac Pro that handles all of my business administration needs, and a Mac Quad for my recording studio requirements. He was well versed in all office software, and a 'whiz' at ProTools audio software. I plan on having him come over about once a month for some personal tutoring, so I can 'up my game' with my business and studio. I got what I paid for, with a little extra thrown in with his willingness to explain what he was doing and why. Good teacher, Good communicator and Good person.
