Description of Work: That is by far the rudest and most unprofessional woman I have ever attempted to work with. Must not be a real business if she will only accept cash no matter what. I am a rental agency with homes all over Stockton and Sonoma area and she told me that becasue of she felt the area that my rental was located in was a bad area she would only accept cash. I offered to meet her the following morning to make the 2 1/2 hr drive and she refused. Was so rude about it, I would'nt reccomend her to clean my toilets.

Description of Work: Horrible horrible company and woman! I paid for 8 hours of cleaning that was suppose to be guaranteed.. this woman is the most disrespectful person I've even dealt with. She first off tried to say the job was done early and therefore I did not need the full 8 hours.. When I told her no and pin pointed areas that needed work (hair in shower drain, door frames and baseboards as well as other misc. stuff) she said oh well your shower was pretty filthy! Ok, this is why I HIRED YOU! She rounded up her team of teens and finished off her time. She said ok, jobs done and walked to her car and left! She didnt go over anything with me to confirm at all. She also went up to my husband a few moments after we got there and asked where her cash was?!? She demanded cash because it was a move out but then said it was suppose to be UP FRONT half way through the job. Her so called trained team are young girls who work as slow as a turtle and text on their phones while walking out to the car to get more supplies! The next day when I went in the home to get a closer look I found filth all over. The microwave was half cleaned, base boards half done, door frames not touched and my toddler could have cleaned the counters better! I called her and she proceeded to hang up on me and tell me I got my moneys worth and there was nothing she could do for me. She also told me that my house was a filthy mess and to make sure I mention that on my review of her company.. What kind of professional says these things to her clients?!? She did not guarantee her work, in fact she did not even leave me a receipt, just a mess that I have to have someone else go back over. Thanks for NOTHING! I will be contacting the BBB

Description of Work: Francine the owner of the service, was very helpful in proving me information on the job and being prompt, courteous, in a business manner. Through her advice, the job was done well and she introduced to me a great gardener. I was doing all the business negotiation from Portland, Oregon. When I arrived at my rental in Stockton, Francine was on the site on time. All of my dealing with her have been good. I would recommend her crew. They were very nice people. Chris PJ
