Tory's Plumbing

So my water main pipe between the street and my house sprung a leak which required me to turn off my water main. I contacted Tori, owner of the business, to see if she could come out. I contacted her mid morning on a Saturday. I was very thankful to have found someone working on Saturday. She said as soon as she was done installing a water heater, around 1pm, she would be by to give me a quote and would be able to do the work. At 2pm, she had not shown up so I called. She apologized and asked if I got her phone message. I hadn't but she said the job went longer than expected and she would be there within an hour. No problem, I understood things happen. Well and hour came and went, then two...three...no phone call...no stopping by. I wasted a whole day patiently waiting while my water was off. Since I wasted that day I was not able to get a plumber to come until Tuesday....while my water was off.

They were very polite and courteous. They had to dig out a pipe that had a hole in it and replaced a pipe that had a crack in it. They took great care of the new pipes and the concrete work they had to do get the pipe. They even went underneath the house to make sure there were no more leaks. They left everything clean. They were very polite and professional. They got all of this done in two days.
