+ -1 moreI had tried to use an real estate program asist to sell an that just did not work out my house sat for months. I called Pauls daughter a real estate agent, and they sold 3417 Tupelo for me at that time i think was June 2003 for 240,000 I was asking 255,000. She did this in 7 days.
Description of Work: I was selling my home and gave it to Paul's daughter an agent to sell which she did and got very close to the price I wanted.

+ -1 moreWell my first experience was with Casey alone. She conducted herself like the consumate professional. She is personable and knowledgeable. So please do not hesitate to ask her a Question. Because of my 1st experience with Casey I again called on her 7 years later. This time I met her father Paul who is also a broker. They are quite knowledgeable and more than happy to go the extra mile. Like I said the 2nd time I called on Casey I had special conditions, Paul and Casey rose to that challenge and conquered and I was extremely happy that I chose them. If there is only a 5 STAR rating I give them an 8 STAR rating with the strongest recommendation for futer use as possible.
Description of Work: My first experience with Takhar Realty was absolutely great. I made more than I expected, plus they completed the sale in just a week they had a confirmed buyer and we closed in 35 days if memory serves me correctly. I again called on Takhar Realty because of the fine JOB Casey Hildago had done for me the 1st time. This time I had special conditions and WOW she met those special conditions and had a confirmed buyer in only 1 week.
