Great service. Did exactly what they said they would do. Kept me informed throughout the process. Very happy with the Swan team.

Tom Sr is a gem! He made sure we were informed of what was happening every step of the way. He showed up himself several times to check on the progress. It’s beautiful. We are very happy with the results and even happier with the customer service we received from Tom Sr and Jessica. The world definitely could use more Tom Sr’s.

Swan Pools gave me an estimate and then started texting me to try to get me to use their service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. At first I said no, and asked them to send me an estimate. Eventually he sent me a typed-up piece of paper which didn't look very professional. I thought about the ridiculously low number and thought that their business must not be doing very well, and if they go out of business what do I do with my warranties. So I decided to go with the other pool company. I didn't tell him and he kept calling me. Somehow he found out I went with the other company and sent me a text saying that he knew I'd gone with the other company. I wanted to text him back but I left it. He was punctual in coming out to do the estimate, but not in sending the estimate.

I was very please with the service. He spent time getting to know what we wanted, and talked about ideas he had. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I think he was here at least 2 hours the first time and at least an hour the second time. When we are ready, we will have them to our pool.

Requested an estimate for a pool and after evaluating my yard they failed to provide an estimate and did not even have the common courtesy to call me to discuss an estimate. It was a let down and I will not be getting the pool from them.
