It didn't go well. I got no response to my two messages from the provider. I would never use them. Useless.

The work went very well. Edward and his crew of three (3) did a quality job. They arrived on-time both days and worked hard all day. They had all of the right tools and heavy equipment and were careful not to damage nearby trees or shrubs or the roof of the house. Ropes were used to lower limbs that might cause damage, and no one even got on the roof. All of the limbs and branches were shredded and hauled away. Even much of the sawdust was gathered and taken away. Work was scheduled for 2-3 days; they completed the job in 1-1/2 days. Stockton Tree Surgery is a CA licensed business and carries workers compensation and liability insurances. It was a pleasure working with them.

A team of three men arrived on time at 8:00 am and worked like beavers for all of the day and then part of the next day. When they were through, the yard was completely clean and the trees were beautiful. The cost was high, but lower than another estimate. I feel that I got my money's worth and the job was well done. I will use their service again, and can highly recommend them.

It went very well. I called them this time because about a year or so ago, I had called them to come and look at my trees to see it they needed trimming. They told me they could wait another year. Then call them. I thought that wad amazing because they could have done it and charged me. Instead, they did the right thing for my trees. I did not forget that and will always call them for all my tree work. He also told me how much I needed to save for a tree that will need trimming next year.

Edward's team was punctual. They were careful to trim necessary branches while leaving the visual integrity of the trees. They were aware of and careful about anything which was on the ground in the way under the trees and on the way to the truck.

They had to work close to the house and were especially careful. One tree stump involved making sure that the lawn irrigation was not disturbed, and it wasn't. I was also assured that the trees would not grow back and after a year there is no indication that they will. This is a very messy kind of project, but after they left you could not tell they had been there. Four men were used and they all worked very hard and knew what they were doing. The estimate was the final charge. I was very happy with the results and would would use them again. I have referred them to others.

Arrived exactly on time as promised. Extrication/removal required about 4 hours of work. I was warned that grinding may ruin sprinkler lines. Luckily, all went perfectly and no water sprinkler lines were affected. I was most pleased with the work and the price was less than I had expected! Could not ask for better!

All the reviews sound great, however I have not been able to get these folks to return my call to try their services. Perhaps they are no longer in business.

We had a towering ash tree in our side yard that was lifting and cracking our concrete driveway. We needed to have it removed before we could replace the driveway. We called for an estimate and the owner arrived the next day at the time we set. We got other estimates and decided to use Stockton Tree Surgery. My husband called and arranged for the tree to be taken out the following week while I was on vacation. They arrived at about 8:30 a.m. and set to work right away. They used a "cherry picker" and lowered the largest branches with a ropes to avoid damaging the roof, other plants and the driveway. They were very careful with our yard and our next door neighbors yard. We had the tree chipped and they swept up every bit. The first crew cut the tree to a very short stump and left after about four hours. About an hour later, a second crew arrived with a stump grinder and finished the job. Again, the clean up was excellent. The owner came back and checked out the work. He offered to remove some bamboo that had been growing behind the tree. We'd been hoping they would ask and were pleased that they removed it without additional charge. It was a much easier process than we expected and we are pleased.

It was excellent. The owner came out first and he was very nice. The people were on time, very courteous and they cleaned up beyond what they need to. They cleaned up my whole yard even though part of it wasn't their mess.

The owner came and saw the tree that needed taken care of and set a date. He and his crew arrived on time, and took care of the tree and cleaned up and were finished in about an hour and a half. I was very pleased in all respects, it could not have gone any better!

They are very professional, safety-minded and always wears hard hats. The boss is an Arborist.

They arrived promptly and got right to work. They used a variety of specialized equipment including an hydraulic lift. There were five men in the crew and each knew their jobs and worked together well. The foreman gave infrequent direction because of this.

We are pretty satisfied with them. They were professional and courteous. They showed up on time. They did a good job.
