Description of Work: Was an insurance claim from water damage. They never finished job. Did not keep me updated with expected dates, and when called for info seemed put out and eventually they quit. Used DRI and completed job so could get the repairs done. They prolonged the process.!!

Response from SERVPRO OF STOCKTON
After reviewing our telephone records, checking our job files, contacting all employees in our company including a person who no longer works with us, we have NO RECORD of this job, or a call from Bianca Signorelli. We believe that this individual has our company confused with perhaps Service Master of Stockton, or maybe another SERVPRO franchise in the area.The town of Oakdale is not in the SERVPRO of Stockton service territory. We would have to be dispatched by the SERVPRO Corporate office to work in this location. There is no record of us receiving a dispatch from an Insurance Company to service the Signorelli home. Claim numbers are issued and we must provide job notes concerning a service call even if we do not perform work for the client. Both the SERVPRO headquarters and the Insurance Companies we work for hold us to a strict reporting process. It is possible that the Insurance company told their client that they were going to call SERVPRO, but ended up calling someone else. That could be why Mrs Signorelli was thinking of the name SERVPRO? I'm sorry that the Signorelli family had a poor experience with the first responder, but I'm happy that the work was eventually completed.
