They replace the capacitor then checked and added 2lbs of freon. They then checked the temp of the air coming out of the vents.

ALTHOUGH THEY MESSED UP MY APPOINTMENT DAY N TIME, WHEN THEY DID ARRIVE THEY WERE FAST AND EFFIECIENT AND COURTEOUS.

Pre-sale the process was flawless. Set an appointment and they arrived on time. I was not there though, because of a traffic incident but they waited 15 minutes before they left, and left me a note and asked me to call. Then they rescheduled with no complaint. Service was great, provided recommendations and did not hard sell anything. I will definitely use them again.

Got a call from tenants in a rental unit informing us that the AC wasn't working. Put in a call to a 24 hour service, and was told that the whole AC unit would need to be replaced. Started out at $9800, then cut to $4000, then $3000 if we acted "right then." Seemed suspicious, so the next morning we called Sanchez Quality Performance. Hector was able to come diagnose the system later that day. He found the problem, a capacitor that needed replacement, and made the repair in less than 1 hour, total cost $180. He mentioned that although the system was getting older, it still should survive another summer. If we do suffer any further HVAC problems, our first call will be to Sanchez Quality Performance.

Hector Sanchez is the HVAC technician and his wife Angela works the phone and online messages. They both are prompt and professional with great interpersonal skills. I had been using another HVAC company for several years and had become disenchanted with their poor service. I sent a message to the Sanchez' company Monday morning at 8 a.m. and Angela responded within minutes to arrange a service call from Hector. He arrived right on time, at 9 a.m. I wanted a new HVAC system installed to replace my 21 year old system. He completed the entire job the very next day. What impressed me most about Hector and Angela was how conscientious they are in doing everything correctly and with great service. The quality of their service is refreshing. My old HVAC system used R-22 refrigerant that is being phased out. I am very pleased with the efficiency of my new system.

After seeing all the reviews, decided to call Sanchez Quality Performance H.V.A.C. Couldn't be happier. Called Sanchez Quality yesterday when I got home and it was apparent the ac was not cooling. They called me back last night and were able to schedule me for the next day. Hector came out as scheduled. Anytime he was in the house he was wearing booties. He was thorough, quick, and cleaned up after himself. Very hard working and honest. When he left, other than it was cooler in the house, couldn't tell he had been there. We are dealing with a 16 year old unit and were sure we would be replacing the whole unit. If we were going to stay in the house we would have replaced the unit. I agree with all the compliments in the posted reviews. I would for sure recommend Sanchez Quality Performance.

I received the most outstanding service! I went to Angie's list because I had been waiting for another company to come to my house and fix my heater for 2 months(Rod Johnsons Air). When he did call he just stated he could not find the parts and would give me a great deal on a new heater..........3,500.00 I immediately went to Angies list and my heater was fixed the following day! They were AWESOME!

Hector was professional and within 15 minutes of appointed time (which by today's standards is still within the excellent margin). He quickly diagnosed and came up with a game plan...followed up the next day to replace a burnt out module with a new replacement. My only room for complaining is the cost of module vs. mark up was perhaps a bit on the high side. I was able to price the module for about half what Hector charged... But otherwise a great service visit, very pleaasant to work with and I would definitely use this company again. thanks Hector

tHe did a great job. Started when he said he would and finished when he said he would .He put the compressor in a new location as I requested . he pulled the permit and arranged for inspections .

Hector was the only repairman we could get to respond when our a/c stopped working during one of the hottest weeks in the year. That was 8:30 at night. Diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. Was going to have to get parts to repair. Gave different options as to work and cost to get us back on line. We opted for a complete new system. Our old unit's operating cost had been extremely expensive.while installing our new unit, Hector discovered that the size of our return air ductwork was undersized, which was installed when the house was built. He modified it to meet code and installed the new system. Everything about the job went on schedule we were always kept up to date and informed at all times. These people are bringing customer service to a new level. Would recommend them to anyone. (and our utility bills are about half what they were with our old unit)

AC went out in 100 plus deg. temperatures. this company was the only that was able to respond in a timely manner. They always showed up when they promised. Kept us well informed of situation. Offered options for repairs at lower cost. would and have recommended them to others in the area.
