+ -1 moreThey were very efficient. They had a tool break, and they had another plumber come over and fix the drain. They did not charge for the tool nor the down time. They charged me the minimum charge. They did excellent work.

+ -1 moreThe bill was over $700 for the first 2 guys, as the third didn’t charge. I complained as the first 2 men didn’t do anything while out but I paid for it. Roto Rooter gave me a slight discount, but it still wasn’t a pleasant experience. I will choose another plumber going forward.
Description of Work: Originally, I had them to come out for a clogged line. The first guy couldn’t find anything and said I needed someone else on their team. He was here for about 3 hours before the other guy came out. The second guy worked on it until they determined it was under the slab and they would have to have someone else out with a camera. This work was going to be rescheduled for the next day. At about 7:30 that night I called the office unhappy. That evening, a man came out and was able to unplug the clog without any camera.

Description of Work: They unplugged a drain for me, and put a new faucet and spray hose on my kitchen sink. They have replaced a toilet for me as well.
