This was a great experience! Lisa, Jesus, Hector and Juan were professional, timely, and neat. There is pride in workmanship and my rooms look amazing.

Lisa and Chris at Romancing the Stone put up with me not making up my mind for two years. When I finally decided what I wanted everyone I dealt with was great. The crew showed up each day on time and were very pleasant, neat and did a very good job. It was suppose to take 4 days and it did. In the process of deciding what I wanted and where to get things Lisa returned my e-mails/phone calls promptly. Only glitch was the crew forgot to turn the gas for the cooktop back on.. The only reason I am even mentioning this is because I thought everyone should know that Lisa was out to dinner with her family when I e-mailed her and she came over right after they finished dinner and turned it on. She could have waited and had her crew come over the next day, but she took the time to do it herself...I was impressed.. My kitchen looks better than I thought it would and I love it.

They were so p[professional. They ere very careful with moving the furniture and they were very quick. They clean up everything in each day that they left. They are trust-worthy people. The owner came out and did the measurements and she even helped me picked out the flooring. She even stopped by pretty much everyday to check on things.

Found the granite and sink for a kitchen remodel at their store...after templating we were told 7-10 days after going to fabricator..heard nothing..my contractor called them and not at fabricator as yet...busy...then a call it was there and will be installed at end of week...not another word..several mess. Left..finally I called and asked when and was told granite was not the right piece...needed to choose one from some samples..and when I asked if other materials chosen could be installed now and let the granite go until we find the right piece I was told no...the granite is only on an island piece...the other material,Ceasarstone was where all the appliances sit and if that could be done I would be able to use the kitchen..I was told no..I got insistant and Lisa then called my designer and was told they could not work with me and would refund my deposit...after all of this...found out they do all of Lowes work and that explains ALOT!! Zip customer service...New tile people got the job 2 weeks ago and kitchen will be done soon...and they have shared alot of theirs customers started with Romancing the Stone...

The main contact person is the owner of the company along with her husband. She is extremely friendly and helpful, We were taken aback when she personally began installing the back splash together with one workman. We were impressed! One hitch came up that had me somewhat conerned. That was because the machine to hone the granite broke down just before they were to start on our house. It caused a few days delay, but we recognized that it was not a fault of the company. Otherwise, the two days it took them to do our house went smoothly and efficiently - and also beautifully.

Their quality of work was great as were their people. They get all A's from me and I will use them again in the future.
