After he set up my new computer, he promised to see if there was anything recoverable on it as I was applying for jobs and needed the information and resumes on it. He also promised to install Word on it for $50.00 to which I agreed but when i called him he was always too busy to do it. Finally, I asked him to return my old unit as I had a friend who could help me with it. He said that he had discarded it and became angry when I said that I didn't give him permission to do that. I told him to return it by a date several weeks later, but he never showed up and had asked for my apartment number again so he could "return it personally". I refused, as I live alone, and told him to return it to the office of my apartment complex. He never showed up and I finally had to hire a lawyer to get my unit back, which still took three months as he had "gone to India". His contempt for women became very apparent during this time as his e-mails were extremely hostile and he made up things that I said (my cleaning lady was here at the time and knows exactly what was said and what wasn't). I would warn every one who wants an honest repairman away from this man.

Sunny was ontime when he showed up. He spent about 5-10 min on my computer. He demanded more money than he originally quoted on the phone. When he left my house and was contacted due to persistence of the same problem, he did not return my calls and refused to refund my money.
