When the technician arrived on time at the scheduled appointment time, he immediately got to work. In no time, he found that the chimney had already been thoroughly cleaned. He performed the inspection and recommended we get a chimney cap installed and said it's something that we could do ourselves so it doesn't cost any more money to have someone else do it. I was very impressed of how honest he was as he could have gone ahead and cleaned the chimney knowing it didn't need it and charged me for the full service. Instead, he just charged for the inspection as this was the only service performed. I will definitely be using Mike's Mobile Chimney for my chimney/fireplace.

All went well. Called before arriving, as per my request, and was ready to go. Professional, friendly and well prepared.

For chimney sweep, yes, I used Mike's Mobile Screen and Chimney Service. The cost approximately was 150. They were very good. We were able to get an appointment within a couple of days of me calling them. It was exactly as they described it. They came out, they did it and they cleaned it. I was actually impressed with how un-invasive the cleaning was actually. They cut down weeds and I didn't have to move a lot of stuff. They were very good. I actually wasn't even home when they were here. I am going with what my husband was saying. We were happy with them.

The door is fine. Our installer had a head cold and I would've preferred not to have someone over who was sick.

Company waited for our house to be painted (4 months), after the door was made. Thank you!! Mike and Andrew are pleasant to talk to. The installers were great. Very friendly and professional. Knew their job and we're very careful getting the very large heavy door from the truck to the front door. Re-screened the rear sliding door with the solar screen. What a difference it makes! Very happy with everything.

We cannot do the work right now but it is nice to know what needs to be done. He was friendly, a hard worker and explained everything well. We are very happy with the work that was performed.

It went fine. We were disappointed to discover that the chimney is in need of repair due to water seepage over the years. We did get an estimate but have not decided when to do the work yet. We felt the 2 people who came out did a good job. They didn't knock our socks off, but, after all, it's a chimney.

He had a problem with the security door on the front and didn't get the hinge on well, but he said it was an old door and he did the best he could. The door was older and I believed him. It just is a little hard to open. I'm okay with that.

I had a small tear in a window screen which I took to the place of business and it was repaired by the next day. Even though it was a small tear I was pleased with the service and the repair job,.

They gave me 25% off because they quoted me 50%off on accidents. So when they came to my house there was 50% more I send them away. I then realized that he made an honest mistake, he called me up and apologized sincerely. I was remodeling my house; I called them back and told them that I would pay them 25% more if they would give me 25% off so for 75% of the cost and 25% off they were willing to correct their mistake of quoting me the wrong amount. They came out very quickly, in a very timely manner; very professionally they put in all my screens. They even took the time to make sure that I was putting up the right color because I not very savvy when it comes to décor so they kind of guided me in the right direction. They held up the screen for me before they actually made them to compare it to the house. It took them 5 to 6 hours to do the work and there were 2 of them that worked consistently without taking any breaks. They literally worked all the way through which was great to know that people worked. Before they left they showed me how to take the screens off to clean the windows. When it was completed they gave me a call back to make sure that I was able to do so and that I was satisfied with the job. They guarantee their screens for life time from tare and destruction. It was one of those screens that last forever. So they have incredible customer service. They allowed me to go around and clean all my windows before they went and worked me on that because it took several hours to do.

Chimney sweep. They didn't have any times available for 2 weeks, but fit me in early morning before another local service call next day. Fast and efficient.

Two fellows arrived on time and did a good job cleaning the chimney. A second appointment was arranged for 11-19-2013 to replace a cracked flue tile for$380 and install a chimney cap/spark arrester for $135. ($25 was taken off the cost of the chimney cap/spark arrester.) At the end of the installation I was told that cracks in the masonry around the flue tile needed to be sealed from moisture and that it would cost an additional $150. I believe that this should have been presented in the beginning and itemized along with the original estimate. I told the repair person they should present the total picture and not add this on afterwards. He then cut the fee in half to $75 but I declined. A $5 tube of chimney seal from the hardware store and ten minutes of my time completed that last step. In conclusion, the service people I dealt with were well meaning and courteous and did the job I hired them to do with a minimum of fuss. They cleaned up around the areas within which they were working. I would use them in the future but I would instruct them to be thorough in the initial inspection and to itemize all the services and parts needed and their respective cost.

Drew, from Mike's Mobile did an outstanding job of cleaning, inspecting and repairing my fireplace. On both visits, Drew was courteous, respectful and efficient in his work. After the cleaning and inspection, he provided me with a detailed list of issues and an estimated cost of repair. He took the time to explain the "cause and effect" of the problems and helped me prioritize the repair list (I am a senior on a budget). At no time, was I pressured to have the work done and I advised Drew I would have to study my budget before scheduling any work. I was not only impressed with Drew's work but also with the fact that this company does the work as scheduled, informs you of problems and does NOT pressure you in any way to have the repair work done. There's NO high pressure sales, just superior workmanship and outstanding customer service! After analyzing my budget, I spoke with Mike (the owner) he personally and he assured me that they do everything possible to come as close to their repair estimation as possible. And indeed they do!! I would NOT hesitate to recommend Mike's Mobile Screen and Chimney service to anyone! My personal opinion is that this is a company who places customer service, quality work and honesty and integrity at the top of their list. They have gained my trust, confidence and loyalty!

Daniel was very friendly and very organized. He performed the necessary services quickly and professionally and we were very satisfied with not only the price but the service. We had four bricks that were cracked in the firebox that were replaced upon his recommendation.. Daniel also had the necessary bricks and equipment to do the job on the spot. The service took just a little over an hour to complete and the price was lower than expected. I'm very please with Mike's Mobile and especially with Daniel.

The experience I had with Mike's Mobile was great, from the time I first spoke with Andrew, and after the work was completed. They were very professional with their inspection and actual repairs, respecting our tenant's schedule and property, and keeping in touch with me with estimates and reports. Andrew took it upon himself to adjust the tech's work order to avoid unnecessary charges. He also took the time to send me the link describing the function of the Lock top II that was recommended. I would definitely hire this company again for chimney work.

Called Mike's Mobile Chimney Service asked the cost to clean the chimney. Told them there was an fireplace insert and the chimney had not been cleaned for several years. They asked what kind of insert and said it would take a 2 man crew since the insert would have to be removed for cleaning. They quoted me a price and could do the work within 3 days. They arrived on time and were very courteous, told me what they would be doing, placed drop clothes down, and started the work. They cleaned the chimney and did a inspection. I would use this company again and recommend them to friends. They were 1/2 the cost of another company I called who quoted me a price on the phone and them when they came out the cost doubled. I am very pleased with Mike's Mobile Chimney Service.

Awesome job. The day I inquired of the services, Mike gave me a complete overview of what services he provided, the approximate costs, and the time it would take to complete the job. Within a few days, his employee was at my home, and repaired/ replaced my screens on the spot. I overestimated the damage on five screens, stating that they needed to be replaced. Mike's employee inspected the screens and informed me that he could fix them and that I didn't need to replace them. To replace/repair 12 screens took roughly 30-40minutes. If I need screen services in the future, I will definitely use Mike!

I have used them before to re-screen a sliding screen door and to clean out my gutters. They did an awesome job then and they did another awesome job recently. They were punctual and on time. they were professional and friendly.

I called Mike's Mobile Screen and Chimney Service on Monday. I got a flat-rate estimate over the phone and scheduled an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. The representative was prompt, courteous, and was able to measure each window from the outside of the house. Several hours later I had 7 perfectly fitted screens and frames on the windows. It is a week from spring so I am so glad to be able to open windows and enjoy the pest free fresh air. There are no gaps, sags, or bent frames. True to their word, the final cost was exactly as quoted plus local tax. The employee even chased down my small dog who had sneaked outside and strolled down the street. Great work and outstanding customer service. I am definitely recommending Mike's Mobile Screen and Chimney.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company from my first telephone contact with their office to the young man who actually did the work.

From the first contact with this company (Charity) to the professional that came on site to conduct the work (Jared), they were pleasant, professional and went to great lengths to detail what they could and would do in the servicing of my chimney and the repair of our window screens and several slider door screens. The only thing that HAD to get a lower than "A" rating was the punctuality. The service technician was a little late for his appointment due to a prior appointment that went over. However, that is the only item that, in all honesty, could not get an "A" rating. Not to make excuses for them, but we are al the way up in Mountain Ranch. Had we been closer to their main service area, the delay would have been greatly shortened. That being said, I felt that I was working with a professional group of people with integrity and fairness in their costing. We had 6 window screens completely replaced (new frames fabricated and screens installed), 3 screen doors re-screened and the chimney servieced and inspected for just under $700 (the chimney cleaning and inspection was $165, a $15 discount was applied because we also had the screen work done bringing that item down to $150). I feel that the costing matched the effort all around. As a matter of committment to doing a good job and completing the work required. The technician did not have sufficient quantity of our particular screen frame finish to replace all of the required screens. Consequently, he returned on the next day (his day off) with the screens already fabricated and installed those in a matter of minutes. I feel that deserves a letter upgrade beyond an "A" in the responsiveness column. I will re-use Mike's mobile for any services they currently perform or any that they add to their roster of services. I highly recommend them for any future customers. They are honest, hard working and provide great value for the services they provide.

He measured the windows that needed screens, went to his truck and made the screens and installed them. The whole process told about an hour.
