Prompt, courteous, professional. Excellent service, no damage. Final price was almost $300 under their estimate. Will use them again when we find our new home.

They were very easy to do business with. From the first phone call for the estimate - they were friendly and knowledgeable and quite helpful. When it came time for the actual move, they called me the day before to give me the time frame. On the day of the move, they were efficient, prompt, and absolutely wonderful.

They quoted a price and it turned out to be almost a $1,000.00 more. They brought the boxes in the rooms first and then the furniture. This made it complicating to get to the items. My dogs even had a hard time maneuvering with the way they placed the items they did not know how to get out. I fought the price and they ended up giving $500.00 back as they did do extra work than what was quoted. The work took them from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and I was just moving 10 minutes away. It took me a month just to get the right boxes in right rooms. I would not recommend them.

The service turned out pretty good. The foreman was very experienced and the other employees were just regular labor employees and you could really tell that. The labor they produced was fine they just made comments about the work that was disconcerting. They worked really hard to make sure that we filled out the survey and it was late. They worked too hard to get us to fill that out. The labor cost twice as much as the estimate. They came at a totally different time than they said they would.

They are great. They are very reliable and are accountable for all of your belongings. They take specific account of everything that is stored and moved. I am currently using them for storage.

I have never had a problem with them. They came and packed my stuff up at an independent facility. It looked like they did a good packing job and I'm sure everything will be fine. They were really nice to work with. They were respectful. They moved the stuff from an independent facility into a crate for long term storage.

From the estimate, to the friendly advice, to the pleasant manner of the team who moved us everything was as good as it could possibly be!

No problems, didn't break anything, timely and professional

They were supposed to be at my house at 8:30 AM. We found out that the driver was 2 and a half hours away. I had to leave to get to the hotel in time for check in. I left a third party member in charge to tell them what to take. They gave me a three day window to deliver my stuff. I couldn't get a hold of him the first day. They second day I was finally able to get a hold of him by cell phone. The third day he showed up but said he couldn't get the truck up the road. They we supposed to be here at 8 am and didn't show up till 11:30. They said they had to go transfer my stuff to a different truck. They finally showed up at 9 pm and took till 11:30 to unload it. I am missing items, and some things have been damaged. I requested a claim form over a week ago and still haven't received it. Overall I am very dissatisfied with this company.

OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend them for anything. I felt like my stuff was well taken care off, the movers were kind, on time and gentle. "Yes sir, no sir." What is a very stressful situation was quickly turned into a seamless, less stressful task. THANK YOU!
