Larry's Tree Care

Took them all morning to get out. They left a 2 foot deep and 5 foot long trench next to my driveway. They also left trash. Larry the owner said they would come back to cleanup. He never came and he never called

Three workers arrived at 8am as expected. They had finished and cleaned uo completely by 2:30pm. We got a telephone call at about 3:30pm asking how the job went.

The tress were removed quickly and cleaned up adequately. The workers did not however take care to avoid damaging surrounding plants and shrubs

I got two estimates and Larry's was best by $100. They showed up 1 1/2 hours early with no phone call. That being said, they did an excellent job of trimming two trees and removing one tree. This was done in less than two hours and they did a great job cleaning up. They were polite anf professional. I will definitely use them again.

I recently purchased a condo and needed a tree removed from my premises. I called Larry and set up an appointment for later in the day to get an estimate for removal. Unfortunately, he didn't show nor did I receive a call. I realize Thanksgiving was the next day; but if he couldn't make it a courtesy call would have been nice. Sorry I won't be using this service nor will I give any referrals.Very disappointed to say the least.

Excellent service. Punctual and cleaned up all debris. I just thought it was overpriced. I would be inclined to use them again, but get other estimates to compare first and would advise others to do so as well.

My boyfriend called and spoke with Larry to set up an appointment for an estimate. He was an hour late for the appointment, with no warning or apology. They agreed on a price that I thought was fair. Larry said he'd be in touch to set up a time to trim the tree. No word for a couple of days. Then at 7:00 am on a Saturday, we were woken up to one of the employees, here to trim the tree. We explained that we had never set up an appointment, but the guy was kind of rude to us. We said we were uncomfortable doing this at 7am, since it was REALLY early, didn't want to wake the neighbors, and hadn't spoken to one of the neighbors about the trimming (some of the trimmings would fall in his yard, and we'd need access for clean-up). He called his boss, who then called my boyfriend. Apparently Larry was rude on the phone, no apology. So we said and quot;no thanks.and quot;

Larry is okay, but his crew is not so good. They trimmed a tree and when I came home, it was barely there, then, they did another, and I asked about a limb that was sticking way out, and instead of getting a ladder, they immediately climbed up the tree and cut it. Where are their ladders? My gutter was damaged and they also broke 3 landscaping lights. They were sloppy.

I called on Tuesday, Larry came out that day. I called him to do the job on Wednesday mid morning. He told me he was booked on Thursday but could do it on Friday. He would call an let us know when he would be here. He exactly that. Did the job very well.

The removal of the cedar was accomplished in one day. All wood was hauled away. Unfortunately I was unable to be home during the removal. The area was clean and no damage to surrounding trees was found. We have used Larry's for years and always found the estimates reasonable and the work excellent.
