Landbreaker Landscaping

Landbreaker did a beautiful job fixing my falling fence post. He redid the foundation, poured concrete, and made sure the post stood flush with the rest of the fence. It's a small company who are very personable, and the price was very fair. Will definitely work with again!

Found the source of the leak and made the necessary repairs.

After he came out to give us a bid I did not hear from him for several days. When I tried to call him he had several excuses as to why he could not start the job. I finally went with another contractor.

Responded by phone and email to my inquiry for service. When he arrived he toured the problems and split of the tasks. Both of the team were very knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive. Easy scheduling and good estimates. Punctual and professional. Will definitely hire again.

Fantastic! We are quite pleased with the work Gary did for us. He offered several solutions for the gates and brought in an additional contractor where needed. We plan to use Landbreaker Landscaping again this year for additional landscape work.

Pretty good overall service and he did everything I asked, however he usually started late in the day and left earlier than I would expect.

Provider completed the job in 1.5 days exactly the time they said it would take. I already had most of the materials except for cement and nails. Landbreaker was one of the only Fence companies that would do a labor only job with materials that I already had and that would tow away some cement I already had. The only other provider I found that would do the job was over $200 higher. Gary and his son did a fine job, kept me informed along the way, and I would recommend them.

I think it went well. He just left one hour ago & everything seems well.

They are finishing everything up and they are excellent. They clean up every day. They are here on time an they have done great work! They worked around all our plants that they planted for us. I wished I could give them an A+.

Gary was the most conscientious contractor I have dealt with. he was on time, explained every stop of the way for me and most importantly his work transformed a field of dead lawn and foxtails in to my perfect yard.

They were awesome. I would recommend them to anybody. The cost was 250 dollars. They were able to come and give me a quote. The very next day they came back to do the work and actually it wound up being less than they quoted. They were just great. They were fixed, they did the work well. It was really reasonable. They were great. I only used them for the irrigation system so I really cannot say about concrete or anything like that.

They did as they promised. When there was a miscue over water connection (my fault), they pulled up the turf and fixed the problem.

Gary and his crew were excellent!!! They cleaned up at the end of every day and were very professional. They were responsive to changes we made in the project and gave us excellent advice. They removed the existing grass, leveled the back yard and provided for drainage. They installed mow strips, expanded the patio, built a brick raised planter around the back yard, built a 9 ft tall trellis around the back yard with plant hangers and drip irrigation and new sprinklers for the grass and tree areas. They were on time and communicated each step of the project with us. They worked very hard even in 107 degree heat. They made our vision a reality in our front and backyard. It turned out even better than we had planned.

Gary Blanke is a solid professional who gives fair estimates and sticks to them. Estimates as to total cost, start time, and completion time. He is friendly and non-threatening. His work is of the highest quality, meticulous and always neat. His experience allows him to tackle problems in orthodox and orthodox ways to achieve a great outcome. I am totally pleased with the work he did for me.
