They do very well. I have used them several times since 1980. The price was about $175 for the last service. However, they returned my money because I still had the warranty on it. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained a little bit to me. They completed the job on time. They didn’t have a problem with the time.
Description of Work: I used the services of Joe Bryson Heating & Air about a year or a year and a half ago. They took my air conditioning unit and my thermostat and put in a new part or a new unit.

At 430PM, I was finally told that there probably wasn't going to be anyone coming out today. I had wasted a total of 7 hours waiting for a no-show/no-return call. I have used this company for various services over a 10 year period and have never been put off in this manner before. I want to be told what is happening and when it is supposed to happen (especially when there is elderly people involved.) I don't think I will ever use this company again. By the way, I called another company and received a service call within 2 hours. Too many competitors around to be treated poorly by one.
Description of Work: Since the weather is getting cold, I decided to get the air ducts cleaned out before turning on the heater for the winter months. During the cleaning process, the service person tried to test the system and something on the mother board burned out. Attempted to call Bryson Heating and Air 5 times throughout the day to get a service person out. I was told at approx 10AM that someone should be in touch with me within the next 2 hours. After waiting 4 hrs, I called back again and was given the same story. I have an elderly father who is coming home from the hospital during the next few days so it is imperative to get the system fixed as soon as possible.

After he installed the new unit, the tech mentioned to my daughter that he had to jiggle the fan to get it to go on. It worked fine for a few days, then it wouldn't click on every time. I placed a call to the company and left a message. No response. A few days after that, it wouldn't go on at all. We've left two more messages, but haven't gotten a call back yet. Also was disappointed that I was charged $110 for the initial visit and wasn't given credit for that when the unit was replaced.
