Description of Work: I've had a Sundance Spa I bought from Premier about 10 years ago. It has performed beautifully and in that entire decade, the only maintenance required was a new temperature sensor (about 4 years ago) and having the seals on the pumps replaced, which was what this latest service call was. The pumps are fine, but just the seals needed replacement. John Witlinger and his wife Denise own Premier, and they have always been completely reliable, honest, and capable in taking care of me as their customer, from my original purpose through any maintenance I have needed. It is just a pleasure to find small business owners that really believe in taking care of their customers. I think that's why they have survived the bad economy these last few years. Premier also sells fireplace inserts, and we are consdering this for next winter (my Mom has one and it's amazing how well that insert heats up her entire living room area). If we decide to get one, I know who I will go to for our purchase. Recommended without reservation. Daniel

Description of Work: They did a repair and rebuild of spa pumps on my 10-year-old Sundance Spa, which I also originally bought from them.
