The team overall did a great job with the garage conversion. I hired them to do two jobs and of course, like any hungry contractors, they wanted to do the bigger payment job first which was not my original plan. The owner was a good communicator and convinced me to do the bigger project. The carport they did was not what I expected, i expected something a bit nicer like the original contractor who wrote the plans made me believe it was going to be. I don't think the measurements are on point and I was charged for staining the wood but only receive primer paint. The biggest concern and I am not sure how common as am a first-timer with doing something like this, the price climbed as we went along. What can I do?? Cancel in the middle?? I believe when this started the prices for supplies were not as extreme as they are now but I feel at least for the carport I was overpriced.

Gary's Team was punctual and respectful. Kept me informed every step of the way and Gary stopped by often to make sure things were moving along and turning out as expected. Doug did a beautiful job installing the tile in my shower/tub alcove, bathroom floor, and vanity backsplash, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and would hire again should the need arise.

Edwards Construction did everything they promised. Started on time, finished project on day promised, workers there on time everyday, and quality work done. The company was very helpful before the project started and the owner (Gary) came by everyday during the construction process and inspected the progress and answered all our questions. All of this was done at a very reasonable price. I am also using them to do my second bathroom this spring.

Got a fare quote from Mr Edwards, they showed up everyday on time, kept me up to date on what was being done, the crew was very professional, courteous and they cleaned after each day of work. I'm very happy with the finished product. And I'm hiring him again for another project.

Great work! Started and finished when expected. Gary helped with design ideas to ensure we stayed on budget but get the results we wanted. Job foreman, Wayne, is an excellent craftsman! Need some kitchen work in the future, will definitely call Edwards Construction

Work was completed quickly and the quality was outstanding. Wayne is an exceptional carpenter and was able to take care of all the needs we had for our bathroom. I will use Edwards Construction again.

Mr. Edwards and his employees were on time, courteous and very professional. I love my new bathrooms, beautiful work.

I requested to have an estimate for a room addition to our home. Mr Edwards e-mailed and then called promptly to set up an appointment. He was very nice on the phone and we set up an appointment for Sat 6/19/10 at 2:30pm. He never showed up. He never called or e-mailed an explanation. I find this very unprofessional and rude to waste my time. This was a big ticket job and he lost out because he couldn't bother to show up.

We bought the home in December 2008, the city had a violation for the patio coverings not being permited. I had to hire an architech to draw plans but the city inspector had isssues with the plans vs the actual structure. Patio covering were not acceptable to city inspector. I had tried several contractors to help me but none would. Gary was a referral to me, came in and corrected the issues and got the city inspector to approve the permit.
