Description of Work: Don came to check our washing machine, which had suddenly developed a serious problem. He confirmed that the repair would be a major one and would cost more than simply purchasing a new washer. His explanation of the problem was very clear and straightforward, with very pleasant and understanding service (despite the bad news). We paid his basic service call charge only.

Description of Work: Don's Allstar Appliance has always been very reliable. This was a 2 part visit to disconnect a gas dryer and return to connect a new one. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again should I need to.

Description of Work: Had a gas ignition malfunction on our stove, Don came out and it took 2 service calls to find out the problem but he was diligent and provided us the information on what had actually happened to cause the problem & didn't charge us for one of the calls. We have used his service before to repair our gas dryer and have found him to be very professional and at the same time quite down-to-earth and approachable, which is something you don't see much these days. I would not hesitate to use Don's Appliance services again. I believe one will be a very satisfied customer if they call on Don's Appliance for their next repair job.
