The tech showed up on time, and even though he knew he had to replace the DVR, he checked everything thoroughly, along with replacing the DVR. Everyone that I have dealt with at xfinity have all been very courteous and punctual, including the tech who initially installed everything. Great people working for a great company!
Description of Work: We had only had the internet, cable, and landline installed for a few months when our DVR was stuck and would not move out of update mode. The tech I spoke with on the phone was very good, but my DVR would not respond to anything she tried at her end or with what she had me try on my end. Their installs are booked two weeks out, and I was going to have to wait until the next day before anyone would be able to come by and check the DVR. I was able to get an early morning slot, so I was without the main TV overnight. She was very pleasant, and because the DVR was on the main TV and we had to wait for a day to get it fixed, she offered me a few coupons for pay per view. I know that it was not the end of the world that the family would not be able to watch anything together, but I really appreciated how considerate she was, and that she really tried to get the DVR to work from her end.

Service is good, customer service is good as long as you get someone on the phone for internet trouble shooting that speaks English well. Monthly service is expensive.
