Initial estimate and scheduling excellent. The day of the scheduled move I received a call that they could not pick up for 5 days! I explained that escrow was closing that day and I was to be out by the following night. They did send a crew to load but the contents were kept in storage until the following week. Packing was very careless for many articles and I have over $500 in damaged articles. One piece of furniture was totally smashed, a ceramic floor lamp was wrapped in paper but not boxed, bent and broken picture frames, screws and bolts missing from shelving, etc.

THE STAFF THAT MOVED OUR GOODS FROM SACRAMENTO TO THE STORAGE LOCATION IN VALLEJO WAS EXCELLENT.. VERY COURTEOUS AND SEEM TO CARE FOR MY ITEMS AS BEING VERY VALUABLE. HOWEVER, THE STAFF WHO MOVED FROM STORAGE TO MY NEW HOME WAS VERY LAZY, DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB AND THEY WERE RUSHED. ONE ROOM, IT SEEMED, THEY THREW MY BOXES IN AND WEREN'T NEAT AT ALL. THAT'S WHY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FAIR.
