BEAR CREEK GLASS

Description of Work: I had a shattered patio-door/Window [the sliding part] Other glass companies I"d called had only Full-unit replacements, which, requiring Labor, would be c.$900+. The woman from Bear Creek Glass was very pleasant and informative on the phone, and helped me understand my options and select the best choice for my expressed needs. She said if I brought the frame to them it would be $168 to simply replace the glass. I brought them the aluminum frame [c.45"x79"] after I'd cleaned out most of the broken safety glass. By removing 3 screws I could fit the frame in my '07 Honda coupe to drive it over. Since it needed new rollers, that added $10. Since it was a Standard glass size, they only needed about an hour to replace the glass. My friend came up w/ his pick-up truck,and the glazier volunteered to help us load it up and see that it was secured.I felt fully, pleasantly, and well served. When we got home and tried to remount it in the DoorTrack, we found a glitch in the frame, and I called them up. Within 1/2 hour, about 10 minutes more than the drive time, they were at my home and didn't leave until the job was done perfectly. He even ended up installing the door in the track for me as a favor!
