Greg was on time for the first appointment. He demonstrated knowledge of pool maintenance during our discussion. He then cleaned the pool and added chemicals. Greg returned the following day to replace a broken part for the purpose of re-installing the pool vac. I feel confident that he will provide the service to which we agreed.
