+ -1 moreLogan did a very thorough examination of the entire house and detached garage. He went up into the attic searching for signs of rodents. He checked every possible area for entrance points. Xfinity wiring and other electrical work had left tiny areas where they might gain entry, so he sealed the areas off with steel wool. He placed approx. 8-12 traps at strategic locations. He will periodically check the traps to remove rodents caught. He spent about 90 minutes doing all of the above; total cost $0.00 ALL PART OF OUR MONTHLY SERVICE!!!!! How great is that???!!! We can't speak highly enough of this outstanding company, and strongly recommend without reservation!!!!!
Description of Work: We discovered a rat in our kitchen early in the morning. My brave wife dispatched it & left me a note saying "Call Area Wide, or get more cats"!!!!! Since we have had Area Wide for about 18 years, and pay for their service approx. $70.00 a month, that was the call made. The had our service tech here within 90 minutes.

+ -1 moreSigned up for bi-monthly service. After approximately 3 weeks after service I would see spiders, ants, etc. The company came out twice free of charge to respray, but the same problem would occur. In addition to the pests, if I was not home when the technician arrived, he would not remove the webs from the exterior walls.
