Alex Padilla Lawn Care

I was ask to review for an event that occur in June 2011. My overall experience is N/A as I did not render any services with the business, but have to chose between an A to F, and N/A is grayed out, so I would have to rate base on my phone inquiry about our conversation which is an B because I feel the price was a little too high for a short small front yard that I have. I tried to negotiate an offer but personnel was not willing and was set on price quote. Overall, their phone response is quick and professional with the personnel. I still continued to call and shop around and I end up finding someone else for the right price that suits my yard and my budget.

Right now we use them for lawn maintenance. Before it was for weed eating, tree trimming and all that kind of stuff. I will continue to use them.

He promptly returned my calls, was polite and efficient and does a great job. No muss no fuss no drama. He shows up on time weekly, does what I ask and clears out, cleaning up after himself. Alex always returns my calls, is flexible in his schedule but very reliable. He knows what he is doing and is neat and professional about it. I trust him to be here when I am not here, and know my gates will be shut and there will be no mess for me to clean up after. I appreciate his pride in his work and his professionalism.
