I thought it was kind if funny that he didnt notice anything at the time of inspection that the next ac guy did.
Description of Work: A few days after the cleaning was done my air conditioning went out. Tried reaching out to angies list and tbe contracto. Nothing. Since i have a,home warranty plan i called them,i had to replace entire unit .kind of a coincidence!

very well and fast.
Description of Work: Fixed A/C. Repair was necessary because PG&E ran a contractor thur our senior park. They told me I needed freon and put some in the AC. While doing this they broke a valve off where the freon goes in and by the following summer it had all leaked out. air tech replaced the freon and I have been enjoying the cold air. They also gave me a senior discount which as substantial.

The work was performed in a reasonable time, the unit was cleaned of dirt. The unit was checked for proper operation.

He did a great job- was punctual, able to tell us what was wrong and the price was very reasonable. We will certainly call on him in the future.

went out of his way to make my screen stay on. Showed me how bad the filter was and just did it all by showing me and explaining. I signed up for the service and they come twice a year to test and clean. I really am happy with their service

It went great! When I called the office to request service they were friendly, polite and very sympathetic about the situation of having a down A/C unit in the midst of a heat wave. They promised someone would be out that afternoon and the repairman actually arrived a little earlier than scheduled. There were problems with getting the wheel fan out of the blower motor because of bad previous repairs so he took it back to their shop where he would have the appropriate tools and returned the same afternoon to install it. We had our A/C back on by 4:30p.m. I'm very impressed and I will definitely use Air Tech again.

Description of Work: Checked the central AC and diagnosed problem. Changed the thermostat. All service remotely handled, performed on a rental property. Remotely paid by owner over phone. Technician diagnosed the problem, provided estimate, and called for approval. All very conveniently handled. Actual charges turned out 20% less than estimate.

Description of Work: Inspected the furnace and replaced relay switch. I had been told in the past that the chambers inside the furnace were cracked and the whole furnace needed to be replaced for $6000. Therefore, because of the cost we went without heat for three years. Air Tech found no evidence of cracked chambers, fixed a $70 part, did a carbon monoxide test and everything was good to go. They then replaced all my ducting which had been destroyed by rodents with a newer, more effecient system. The whole job cost appx $3000 and the system has never worked better. They are a honest, reliable company and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Excellent. The unit was checked and the problem was discovered and corrected. Alos, the unit was cleaned and the air floqw was checked from several ducts for a period of bout 30 minutes.
