A-1 Extrminators

Called at 2pm and had someone here by 330. Fair, responsible and professional. Killed all 6 wasp nest and removed and sprayed to prevent future wasps from moving in under my eves. Thank you!!

We made an appointment with A-1 Exterminators Inspector, Dan, who showed up on 1/31/13 on time (actually a few minutes early). He was professional and did a thorough inspection of the property, explaining what he was looking for. He explained what the problem was and what steps would be needed to correct it. He also explained how we could make some repairs to the cracks in the foundation to prevent future problems. Dan took the time to explain what the service call would involve step by step and what we needed to do to prepare for service. He said he would mail us an inspection report and once we reviewed it we could call for an appointment for the service. He also said if we had any questions about the report we could call any time. We received the report on 2/5/13 and after reviewing the inspection report and estimate, made an appointment for 2/11/13. The serviceman, Randy, showed up for the appointment on time, and reviewed the treatment plan and materials to be used before he began the work. He was professional and did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work was complete. Randy said if we had any problems in the same area in the next year to call right away and they would retreat at no cost if needed. The A-1 employees made us feel comfortable in what was a scary situation for us.

So far so good. We have had no issues. I have no heard any complaints from my tenant.

I pay them $70 every other month. I've had them before. Their price is average. I'm on a fixed income so I wish it were lower. They don't have a set time to come. They give me a date and they show up. I don't see them when they are here.
