I, Bob Swanson, the owner does all of the estimates and measuring for your new windows and doors, so you are not paying commission to a salesman. We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty, and personal responsibility. We sell and install only #1 rated Simonton Vinyl Windows and Doors. Our DaylightMax Windows can have up to 40% greater glass area, which makes them a far better-insulated window to save you more $$$ than our competitor's windows with less glass area. Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. Accurate knowledge of our trade combined with ability is what makes us true professionals. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests and concerns the basis of our business.

Bob and his team did an excellent job of measuring and custom fitting all new windows and a large glass sliding door in my beautiful condo in the Palisades. The windows were significantly more energy efficient and reduced my heating and air conditioning utility expenses. I highly recommend Bob Swanson for comparable jobs due to his professionalism, onsite work and oversight, and personal attention to customer satisfaction.
